Great experience, I was a little sceptical of this company as I had never heard of them before, so checked them out on Trust pilot. They have great reviews mostly 5 stars so when ahead and purchased my Canon R7. Three days later it turned up well packaged and all in great condition. I can’t fault the service, quality and price, and I am hard to please! well done Grandy's Cameras.

First class service and the camera was received within a week even though it was shipped from Hong Kong. The only drawback appears to be that the camera does not have a UK warranty from Canon. However, that is not an issue for me and is more than offset by the savings on the price.

Buy new camera equipment should be a stress free experience a pleasurable experience spending your hard earn cash this buy was not, ordered early Saturday 6th January and arrival date Tuesday 16 January early afternoon.

After reading a few online editorials I made the choice to purchase the Z 180-600 for my upcoming photography winter birding tour, I made a choice to use a new supplier after feedback from photographers who follow Vlog and read blog reviews all my reviews which are written after an independent purchase, I do not receive any item I review free of charge or receive any payment for the reviews.

If I had use any one of the three suppliers I normally use the lens would have arrived next day / Saturday ordering would have been Monday
I placed my order on Saturday using a two-stage verification including Face facial ID then on Monday your very own verification system. Was told would be dispatch with FedEx priority shipment I still have not received any tracking number or phone numbers for the FedEx priority shipment help desk or tracking desk.

.                       A quick note my lens arrived today I finally have the package, the driver from the FedEx company left my parcel at the care home in Waltham Hall I hoping I have a lot more years left in me before I need to move into somewear like this

Excellent price for my new camera, which included the delivery. Ordered on a Thursday afternoon and arrived on the following Monday.

I ordered a new camera online on a Wednesday afternoon and it was delivered by FedEx at 10 a.m. the following Monday - perfectly packed and in mint condition. Very competitive pricing and excellent service. Thank you.

Ordered because of the low price, and only noticed afterwards that the camera was coming from Hong Kong. Despite this, it came out fully tracked, & on time, so more than happy with overall service.

First time using Grandy’s and my order delivered as promised via fedex and I could track the delivery location. Wasn’t sure at first but trust pilot reviews were helpful to get to know the company. Be prepared for possible extra security checks/steps but really justified for mutual buy/sell confidence in this day and age. Date of delivery spot on. Have not used the product as yet but it’s brand new and in sealed box. Well wrapped for delivery. Would definitely shop at Grandy’s again.

The purchase went through fine, however never received the camera. This wasn’t the fault of Grandy’s, they use FedEx who delivered to the wrong address. Still haven’t got 3 weeks later!
However the after sales communication wasn’t great. Said they would get back to me several times and then didn’t until I contacted them. No phone number to speak to anyone. Did get my refund but need to be better at communicating and need a phone number to ring rather than emails and online chat as I kept getting put back a day and not prompt in returning emails.
