I would have awarded 5 stars but I had to contact Grandys as there was no update on shipping, even after 10 business days had elapsed. I was surprised to learn that my payment had not been processed at that point, despite paying by Paypal. However, once things started moving I was very pleased with Grandys; great price and item well packaged as well as good communication and tracking. Definitely use them again.

Can’t fault the product or the price, and having read reviews, I knew I was in for a bit of a wait. However three weeks or 15 business days waiting for it even to be despatched seemed like an eternity. Super quick delivery by the courier once sent, and now finally here I’m delighted with my Canon R7!😁 Not quite sure I’ve got the patience to wait for all the lenses I now need, but if the price again was as good as the camera I’d certainly think about using Grandy’s Camera again

Z8 purchase. I would of give 5 stars if they told the truth on how long the delivery would take, 17 days but was worth the wait with the cost a lot cheaper than anywhere else.

Fantastic product at fantastic price, only marked down because of the time it took to deliver. Will I be purchasing again? Yes, at those prices, you can't go wrong, as long as you can afford to wait for the delivery.

A great price for the camera that I purchased but customer service was appalling. Couldn’t contact by phone and they took ages to get back to me when I chased my order by email. Promised delivery of 7-10 working days turned into 4 weeks. I changed the delivery address only to find that FedEx were delivering to the original address. A company that I am unlikely to use again for future purchases.

Always been a good company to use, however this time the despatch from Hong Kong took several weeks with no information available & no response from Grandy's after contacting them several times. When I finally got an email from them, all ran smoothly & lens arrived within a few days.

The lens ordered was as described and in perfect condition. Only issue was how long it took to arrive, just short of a month. Communication wasn’t brilliant either.

A Postive experience with Grandy's Camera, three weeks ago orderes a Nikon Macro Z lens this was dispatched on Friday and arrived Monday morning.
Had to wait 10 working days, believe it may have been out of stock, if so wish they had just informed me.
I will be purchasing from Grandy's Camera again and highly recommended them to people in my local Camera Club. Thank You Grandy's Camera....

I ordered a Cannon Camera through the Grandy’s Camera’s website, little did I know it would take weeks to arrive. The camera finally arrived from Hong Kong weeks later that expected. In fairness the price was cheaper than their competitors but the wait wasn’t explained unfortunately when I placed the order. Their customer service support was awful.

I ordered a camera for my daughter’s 18th birthday 2 months ago and have received nothing. Been in some contact with customer service (no phone no) promising delivery but for the last 2 weeks no response. I believe this is simply a scam site. Please do not waste your hard earned money with these thieves….

No despatch information after 10 days, contacted the company who promised to get back with delivery date,, but that never happened. It was not until I raised a dispute with Paypal they supplied a despatch date which was not acceptable. Sent numerous emails asking for a full refund which were not responded to. I escalated the dispute through Paypal, it was only then I received a refund. An employee via an online chat confirmed that they were having supply issues with were causing problems. This company do not hold any stock and only attempt sourcing items after taking your payment. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Only use Paypal as you are protected.

Very good value from Grandy's on an excellent camera. Delivery did take longer than expected though but worth the wait.

Very slow delivery and lack of communication when chased for ETA on delivery - chased twice and got no reply. Shame as it was a very competitive price but I would probably go elsewhere next time for better and quicker customer service

Ordered a camera and a lens. The camera was delivered without problem, the lens were delayed for several weeks, at which point I asked for the refund, to which Grandy's Camera agreed. After some chasing, they refunded 0 GBP. After further chasing they promised to refund the correct amount within two business days, which already lasted a week without any trace of the money.

UPD: the lens have been finally refunded.

The website looks very slick but they can’t supply the service levels. Communication is woeful and the online chat is useless, emails take several days for response, if at all. I was told 7-10 days from ordering to receive my camera, it took nearly 7 weeks! The website accepts your order and tells you to wait for your delivery but they cancelled my first order because I didn’t then ‘verify’ my order even though they did not ask me to or send me the link! They also declined the payment instead of refunding it so my bank panicked and cancelled my card, nice. The price was excellent and you do get there in the end but 2 stars is generous…

If nil starts was an option I would be selecting that. The most unprofessional website. They lie, they don’t have stock don’t waste your time. Conveniently they told me that my payment didn’t go through well as I called pay pal and they said the buyer hasn’t accepted it. Please don’t waste your time on here. It’s a gimmick. They don’t have the products and falsely advertise and waste you time.

On the whole a good experience. However, there was a longer delay in receiving the camera than I expected. On receipt it appeared that it had come from a long way off, which explained the delay. What I didn't like much was the vague replies to my queries as to where my camera was and why was there a longer delay than expected.

Grandy's Camera are an easy company to deal with and sell there goods at a realistic price. Communication is easy and responsive. However I did have to wait about 17 days for delivery.

I purchased a new Canon Powershot SX70HS which was shipped from the far east. I queried the warranty arrangements and Grandy's responded promptly to advise that the camera would be covered by their own warranty. Delivery was around 3 weeks which I expected considering where it was coming from. Overall the service from Grandy's was good.
