I had one issue early on and expected the usual copy-and-paste response. Instead, I got a clear answer and a quick fix. That says more about a company than shiny graphics ever could.

Some platforms overload you with features, others barely give you anything. This one finds a good middle ground. It's clean, fun, and doesn't over complicate things.

Not every session is a win, obviously, but the frequency of small wins keeps things interesting. I've withdrawn once, and the process didn't make me fill out 17 forms, which is a pleasant change.

I have been trying to redeem over $3,000 for months now, with the same canned response from support. They are refusing to pay me, or otherwise refund my deposits. STAY AWAY. I will be filing chargebacks with my credit cards. They first claimed that there was a glitch in the game, but that was incorrect. then they claimed my address wasnt updated, which is also incorrect. these people are running a scam website.

No fake promises, just solid gameplay and good bonuses.

They’re scammers. I was playing a crash game and I made a 50 dollar bet on the first one and lost it then I went to play another one and backed out before the round started and somehow a glitch happened to where my money was taken like I bet on that round even though I did not and it still took my money. So I messaged support and after they finally got back to me they said they didn’t see any of my gaming history that matched my story. Which either they were lying or they didn’t look further enough to see it. So I screenshot my gaming history where it showed it and sent them to screenshot of it. They never got back to me, so after three more times attempting to get a response almost 2 weeks later still no reponse so I’ll take that as I got robbed by these low live scammers. Don’t play here because god forbid a glitch happens and you lose your money to these scammers because of it

I'm pretty sure the people on here are saying that everything is clean and smooth and all that are probably working for the company. Because myself and quite a few others are having the same exact issue where our money has been sitting there pending and redemption for over a month now and all you get is vague. Stupid responses from this place and you never get a real answer from anybody. They just keep saying they've escalated the issue. That's all they ever say. Then they tried telling me that. Oh maybe it's cuz I have a whole bunch of coins on my account which I have zero coins on and a pending redemption I mean if that was going to be the issue for not giving you your money. Then why do you allow a redeemable amount of money? So if we're not able to redeem any kind of money we shouldn't have the option to do so. But apparently they don't give a shit cuz they don't ever do anything to fix it. They just keep doing the same thing and it takes over a week to 3 weeks sometimes for them to even send a response to you. This place is a joke and they're a scam and they're definitely ripping people off

I was going to give them a 5 star, my first redemption of $100 came withim 48 hours. But its wasn't, until it came to my second redemption. They keep telling me to update my address when its clearly updated. Like how are you going to pay me the first time and tell me everything is all good and then not the secone time. Even sent them in several POA. Customer support hasn't replied in days. It's been a week now since redemption. Only $70. What can they not afford it? Im seriously sick over this. Pay me my winnings 👿

Its been well over a month and i keep getting excuses of why im not getting a redemption. I originally had won 450 but was told that i needed to playthrough. So then i put 250 to 300 back in which put me at 200 to try and redeem. Here it is a month later and still no redemption and barely any communication whatsoever. Thank god I havent spent more than what ive already spent with them cause i ld be more than upset had they treated me this way and i spent like i do on some of the other platforms i play on. This has been by far the worst casino experience out of all the casinos ive ever had!!!!!!!!

My redemption has been pending for going on 3 weeks now. Customer service constantly giving me run around with the last reason being that my “details” aren’t updated on their portal when they clearly are. I won fair & square AFTER making a purchase, just seems like they don’t want to pay me out. They’ve lost a customer for good after this headache.

Any good reviews are fake do your research complain to the FTC Delaware or Florida general attorney sue them

Have been waiting for a redemption since October 9,2025! I've emailed support only to keep getting the same run around about redemption taking 3-5 business days. I eventually cancelled my $600 redemption to try a smaller $100 redemption and still nothing! Any good reviews on here are fake!

This site is a scam....don't waste your time and money with them.I recently won over 700 sc and i tried to redeem, but was in pending for two weeks. Then they sent me a BS email about "Your win was the result of a game where no SC was staked, see attached. Per section 4.3 of our sweeps policy, it states that gameplay won when nothing was staked are ineligible for redemptions" They took all my winnings and left me with 37 SC only. Total BS from this site, they will rob you. STAY AWAY, trust me

Not boring, not cluttered, not confusing. It sits right in that sweet spot of simple but engaging.

This site got me with the 100 sc for $50. But ive tried making 2 redemption one for 550 which was denied for a playthrough requirement i obviously surpassed, and one for 425 thats been pending for 2 weeks no end in site. Customer service is near nonexistent and no help when they are there. Its horrible what they can get away with. Shame on you Grand Vault.

I’d give a zero if it was an option but it’s not. I bought a new player package and it had a minimum amount of play through required to be eligible to redeem. I played through at least a dozen times and it still said it wasn’t eligible. I sent several messages to customer service and was replied to maybe one out of every 5 and when they did it wasn’t helpful at all. Their customer service is a joke. At one point they said buy another package and then my card would be on file and it would be eligible to redeem. Of course this didn’t help and still no help or response from customer service. Eventually I got fed up and started making large bets to see if it would change what was “redeemable”. It did not and I lost all of my winnings. This company is a joke and should either give me the winnings I earned or at least refund what I initially bought in at and we can go our separate ways!
