On googling “watch straps SA”, I came across a website called Grand Time Piece, after browsing and finding some watch straps I proceeded to place and order but then cancelled it as my wallet wasn’t near, then carried on as usual. The next day I received a call from Len Loxton who said he was form Grand Time Piece and wanted to know if everything was in order as he could see I cancelled my order, I explained why and said I was Interested in some watch straps and asked for pics, he sent these pretty much immediately, I selected the one I liked and asked for an invoice, which was emailed, before even opening the email he called to let me know he had overnight couriered the strap so that I would receive it before the weekend, I hadn’t even paid for the strap yet.
The strap arrived the very next day as promised and the quality was exceptional as described.
I must say that the service I received was “first class” and very rare especially after COVID has crippled most businesses, Grand Timepiece have not only “wowed me” but will continue to get my support and all of my network which is vast.
