What nonsense it is to ask me for a review when all I did was come to the showroom to buy a replacement Carbon Monoxide detector.
You should be more selective when you ask for customers to spend their time unnecessarily.

Excellent company. Customer service was top notch. My Wife and I are super happy with the results. Our new stove has been a game changer this winter. I would highly recommend Grandisson to anyone looking to get a fireplace.

Loose door settling in after refitting leading to excess draught. Catch and rope adjusted, now all fine. Completed within time so no extra charge.

Replacing an old gas fire
From the showroom visit, to the pre install visit and the install Grandisson were fantastic. What to us looked like a huge complex job was done in one day but two very hard working chaps, and the finish product is better than we ever hoped. Old gas fire and brick fireplace out, new electric fire and sandstone fireplace in.
