The blinds are okay, communication needs some work
The blinds are okay, bad communication between customer and business, got told on a Friday they were coming on Monday to fit blinds so didn't give much time on moving things around considering didn't hear from them since someone coming to our house to measure up and them phoning to say they were coming to fit. Guy was early only by 10 minutes but annoyed he couldn't get a hold of me (was working and just came home to see him trying to phone) and said he was away onto another job when asked if he was coming back after he said 'I guess I'll have too' took 20 minutes to fit blinds which are fine.

Great service from start to finish
Great service from start to finish. Informative staff who couldn’t be more helpful. They were asked to come and do a competitive quote against another local business. Grampian Blinds came up more expensive so I decided to call the other local company to organise the blinds they never called back! So even though GB were slightly higher in price I went with them because their service was faultless. I’d definitely use them again.

The men who came in to measure my…
The men who came in to measure my windows for verticle blinds and also fix them in were very fast and efficient. They were good communicators and friendly. The blinds are lovely and good prices.

Made to measure quality
From the first engagement with Walker to the last of 3 blinds being fitted this week, the team at Grampian have been a joy to deal with. The quality of fabric and fitting is outstanding. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
