Great experience buying my husbands scooter. Nothing is too much trouble. Living in Scotland we weren't able to visit and look at the stock (which was excellent), but buying on line was trouble free. Very good communication and very pleasant telephone calls. Call from delivery driver to let us know when he would arrive. Very good experience all round. My husband is delighted with our purchase. Thank you so much.

Everything done by email and text as phone wasn't answered,had I been able to get advice would probably have bought a different model.However the scooter I did buy is in perfect condition,none of my family can believe it's not brand new.hopefully it will last many years,but if not will definitely use grajmax again.oh yes delivery was perfect,lovely man and very helpful

Bought a mobility scooter a whilst ago and I couldn't have dealt with a more helpful firm. The lady on the phone had a good sense of humour which helped a lot and she couldn't do enough to help. The courier was very good as well.

Looking for a Mobility scooter can be quite daunting, especially if it is your first one. I came across Grajmax during my Google search. The website is excellent. Wide range of scooters, every one has full details in the description a vast array of photographs of the actual items and most importantly clearly priced.
The staff are excellent, friendly , very knowledgeable and offer help and advice. Unlike many of the larger mobility retailers I felt no pressure, I was able to take my time deciding.
I narrowed my choice down to 3 scooters and arranged to visit their premises to view, test drive them and ask any questions. Once I decided on the one I wanted I placed my order and in my case as I was local to the area my scooter was delivered the same day.
They took the time and trouble to help me familiarise myself with the controls, reassured me that they were always available if I had any issues or concerns. All in all they provided the type of service so often lacking today

what a fantastic company to deal with. we had a last minute purchase of a fabulous enclosed scooter. great price and despite the last minute nature of the deal delivery was met some 100 miles from their site and within 5 minutes (early)of the arranged time
