I run a bowling alley in Scotland and we have used Grafterr for our POS and have been using QR pucks to help let people order from their lane. It's been great so far and I'm impressed with the support and product. I used to use SumUp but this system is a lot better

What a person Arqam is, just opened new restaurant in Callander I was struggling with my system for literally a month and no one helped me and Arqam was the only one who solved all my problems while being there on the phone , guiding through each and every issue and he was very patient over the call. Neil was great. He gave me step by step instructions to sort the problem out I had with the software using a video call and we were up and running within ten minutes. Impressed!

Stay away from them. You will loose your customers and your peace. They are good on promising but nothing else! They don't have something to work properly only promises. The till is full of bugs. The online ordering system doesn't send the orders to the kitchen display and the kitchen display is just dummy.
You are the provider and you know that. How can you explain that your system is the maybe the only in the UK that cannot summarise the same product when you print the receipt?
So far a small amount you print one meter of paper and the customer needs half an hour to check the receipt!
How can you explain that I'm missing online orders from your system and except that you charge me platform fees for cancelled orders? When I'm asking for a refund you are disappeared! No after sales support only promises!
Try to fix serious issues with your software and don't waste your time with reporting reviews! Doesn't fix the critical issues that you have!
The issues that I have already mentioned to you are 100% real.

Grafterr have a very comprehensive platform for hospitality businesses; POS, Self-serve kiosks, KDS, online ordering, payments. It took a few days to get everything up and running but the team were super supportive and answered all my questions. I've been using the system in my London based QSR for a few months now and my team love it, very user friendly and it's a massive improvement over our previous provider Tevalis
