We are using Grafterr for about 10 months and so far it’s been a good experience. The system is super easy to use. There have been a few small glitches but the Grafterr team is always available to help. There's some things to improve which is normal in this kind of systems and Grafterr team is always happy to listen our suggestions on how they could improve.
I personally mostly work with Raj and let me tell you this guy is amazing. Nothing is to much for him. He is very helpful and patient - and trust me it's very important at his job if it comes to explain things to someone who have very little knowledge about IT. If it's needed he will go with you step by step making sure you understand what you actually doing and how things work. Honestly working with him is a pleasure. Communication is a key and Grafterr team knows about that. 100% recommended.

I’ve been a customer with Grafter for almost a year and can’t fault them at all, of course there’s small issues with any pos system but whenever I’ve had any I’ve been able to contact them straight away and they have been fixed within 5 minutes no matter what time it is

Absolutely love this system, the pos is linked to the mobile app and website so you only have to set everything up once, just takes time to add everything to it but once set up it takes seconds to change items or to take them off sale. Neil my onboarding manager is super helpful nothing is to much trouble and he answered all my questions. The support is second to non most of my support issues and there aren't many was answered the same day usually in a few hours. There's no fobbing off if they haven't got the answer they will find out and get back to you. The admin panel is easy to use and is set out remarkably well, even works well on mobile browsers, the inventory system is basic, it's basically to keep track of how much stock is in the store and the value of discrepancies, it doesn't tell you the value of the stock to work out cost of goods etc for this I have had to set up spreadsheets however it is easy to set up and do stock takes.

There was a problem with the self checkout machine, payment machine and printer. They fixed it within less than 5mins. It's really nice and helps us to maintain our customer service and sales.
