I have to give Gracins a shoutout. I had ordered through them and was on a tight deadline of when I’d need the dress by. Rather than them taking my money and giving me false promises, they reached out to confirm the event date, told me they would try their best but given the deadline that it would likely be sent by x date. When I realized it wouldn’t work out, they immediately refunded me - no fuss.

I appreciated the honesty and open communication. I look forward to ordering from them in the future

Many red flags ordering from this company.
1. No phone number on website
2. All reviews are 5 stars many having photos all with perfect figure girls. This never happens.
3. No return policy shown

The dresses are so cute, but you’d be a fool to order from here. I almost fell for it until I did the research.

I am very unhappy with customer service. I ordered over 650$ and all the dresses were too big. They will only give me 22% of what I paid. I will no longer recommend them or purchase from them
