Grace Removals Group - Brisbane Bewertungen

Both Brisbane and Cairns teams were fantastic. Professional and took great care in loading and unloading a four bed home with lots of big furniture . They arrived to pick up and drop off when they said they would and confirmed the day before with exact time of arrival. Communication was fantastic from both the Brisbane and cairns team. Cannot fault. Would use Grace again 100%.

Highly rate Grace Removals to move your household goods. Very professional and packed all our furniture, art work, infact everything was packed so well not one breakage. Very pleasant and accommodating staff to deal with. No hesitation in recommending them...

The team were exceptional. They were efficient, hard working and very polite. I was amazed at how much work they were able to do in a short space of time. I really appreciated how they checked with me at multiple points throughout the day to ensure they were on track. I will definitely be using the Grace team for any future relocations.

They were a great crew. No fuss, happy to make things happen and even offered a few tools to for me to take some things down.

The communication was excellent as well.

Extremely quick and efficient with responses and calls of action. Cannot recommend enough!

Grace arrived on time & all prepared to start the job
Kevin, Allan & Liam where extremely efficient & tidy with pulling furniture apart & putting back together very careful of not knocking walls or scratching/marking anything.
We would definitely recommend these boys & Grace

The removal men was professional and made it all seamless.

The team did an outstanding job moving our commercial printing business. The lads were professional, helpful, problem solvers and I cannot recommend them enough.

Kind of wish I had more to move they did such a good job :)

The crew that arrived to do the packing and transporting were committed to the task, worked endlessly until the job was completed and communicated with me throughout the day. They were very responsive to any questions or requests I asked, and all had a friendly nature.

From the beginning communication was excellent. The move itself was smooth, and the removalists were lovely and kind.

Very smooth operation, great people to deal with, highly recommended.

The guys at Grace made the move of our office so seamless from start to finish. All furniture was disassembled and reassembled with no issues, no marks or scratches. Would highly recommend the team at grace for a removal.

It was actually a good experience from the moment I first started talking to Ryan about the job, very quick response, very flexible with dates and changes to tasks. Good follow-up.

Then the team led by Stephen were great. On time, wearing good PPE, polite and hard working. Other call outs to Jack and (apologies forgotten his name) his colleague that did the finishing.

Service was good. Only drawback was the amount of paper used in packing all of our goods.

Great service, the staff were polite and on time, Jazmine in the office was amazing, I couldn't be happier with their service and communication, everything worked like clockwork. Would recommend,

The team was professional and arrived on time.

Although the move became challenging due to inactive goods lifts at both locations, the team remained positive and continued working with a smile and great attitude. Their perseverance and professionalism were greatly appreciated.

My whole experience with Grace was exceptional. My first contact was with Vlad who did the quote. He was extremely helpful and efficient. The packers and moving team were courteous and very hard-working. I added the valet unpacking service and would highly recommend it to anyone.I will definitely be using Grace for any future move.

From the beginning right to the end they were wonderful. Nothing was no trouble at all Ask for Allen Josh and Cory to do your lift and to deliver. They were amazing and nothing was a problem for them' They work hard and fast. 100 out of 100

Professional and efficient from first contact onwards. Over the past fifty years we have moved over twenty times. This would be by far the best experience we have had. Thanks Vlad and the team.

Great Service!
Nick and the team from Grace: did a great job and moved our company over 2 weeks. The lift was fast, efficient and the team looked after our move with care. They were very discreet and quiet through out the office - We thought there would have been a lot more noise – but hardly knew they were there. After the team moved into their desks easily with no issues at all. We could not have been happier.
