Paid for product no order confirmation no response via email or telephone or on site chat option .informed bank got to wait 16 days before bank will action any sort of help .
Crap company and iny case bank as well took 12 hours of chatting to be told wait 16 days .

I to have placed an order with them . But had no email of confirmation and there phone number on there site does not work . Sent numerous emails with no reply . I’ve clearly been scammed and have explained this to my bank but can’t do anything till the 17th . Please stay away from this site . I will be contacting the police and possible avenues within my credit card fraud department.

Scam i have also reported this to the police. there address is not a company its a home. from now on I will be putting any company's names in trust piolet before I buy. There phone doest work and the email bounces back. stay clear from there website!!!!

I tried to buy a power bank last week. I completed the online process and the screen gave me an order number. Never got any order confirmation by email, no despatched product. Chased them via their email address and got no response. A week later had 2 further transactions on my card account (3 x the product cost charged) and no product. Definitely a SCAM. Reported to bank and to police.

Scammers it's obvious by the feedback and price and email address in America and UK details

like person below said, purchased generator on 28/10/26, no confirmation email, won't respond to email enquiries, or bot messaging, phone number goes dead. took my money luck y used credit card but have to wait 30 days before can apply for money back cos we have to 'give them chance to send'' bollocks

worst thing i followed through to it from a sponsored link on a youtube video and can't complain to youtube that it is a SCAM, now the link has vanished from youtube too

Con artists do not use scamers take money with no goods.

Extremely disappointing experience – Would not recommend

I recently purchased a 10x8 garden shed from this company and, despite the money being taken from my bank account, I have received absolutely no confirmation of my order.

I have not received a booking confirmation, delivery information, or even a basic invoice or receipt to confirm my purchase.

What makes matters worse is that the contact telephone number provided on the website is invalid and does not even go through. This leaves customers with no reliable way of contacting the company or getting answers regarding their purchases.

I find this extremely concerning and unacceptable. A company taking payment from customers without providing basic confirmation of their purchase is simply not good enough.

The whole experience has left me questioning the reliability and trustworthiness of this website. Customers should not have to worry about whether their money has been taken for an order that they have no confirmation of.

Based on my experience so far, I would strongly advise other customers to think carefully before purchasing from this company.

Very poor customer service and a complete lack of reassurance.
