…gps tracking device

I love the session and trying to understand as we move along, but she’s a bit too fast as we are moving along. I maybe wrong but it will help if we can ask questions before moving on to the next project/subject instead of waiting until the end of the sessions we don’t have enough time to take notes. She’ll give us maybe two more minutes at the end of the session for the slow typing person that’s it.
There’s a lot to learn and she really doesn’t give us much time before moving on !!!

Wow - Janet Suarez is awesome!!!

Wow, I had been having some issues with miscommunications etc and Janet has been such a great help figuring out account out. She communicates clearly, concisely and as scheduled. She took the time to create a spreadsheet to go line by line and make sure our equipment was working correctly and got trouble tickets placed with the support team quickly. She figured out our billing and what equipment I need to return. Just a great experience after I was about to just give up. I chose 9.13 but she actually worked on all this for over a week with me.

I placed an order

I placed an order. I followed up the next day since I never received and email update about my order. I called 3 times, transferred to others, then told we will call you back. Never got a call back. I tried, this company didn't.

Upon the first review, it appears there were purchase requests made via e-commerce, but there was a typo in the email address provided. This address was slightly different than the one we received when you spoke with a live agent. We believe this is where the lines got crossed, but will need to investigate further.

Shady Cancellation Policy

I have to say I am pretty unhappy with the way I was handled after many years of service with this company.
My original unit which was paid for in full, had to be replaced since their new systems would not support it. I paid for the unit and after many additional years with them I received an increase in my service and asked to cancel. This was in April 2024. No response although they said they sent me an email in June which was never received. Today, 7/5/24 I received an email telling me I need to send back the unit or I will be charged for a unit that was replaced due to necessity. I would be charged $129 if I do not return it within 45 days. I’ve also discovered they have a pretty deceptive 60 day cancellation policy. So basically you cancel today they will terminate your service but you will still be charged two more months of service. I would understand being charged to the end of your cycle but two months? Very shady practice. I only had one vehicle with this company but after 15+ years I expected to be treated better.

The mobile carriers updated their networks and shut down their 2G/3G networks. We offered our customers the option to join our Included Device Program, which has a slightly higher monthly rate but includes the equipment for the customer to use. If a customer chooses to accept a device on our IDP plan instead of buying their device outright, the equipment remains the property of GPS Trackit. In the event they cancel the service, the device would need to be returned. The IDP includes a warranty for the life of the agreement.
Yes, the agreed upon Terms do stipulate a 60-day subscription cancelation notice.
