No support and nulled themes and plugins . I have bought 1 year membership and I need some support they didn't give reply I have sent message more then 10 times , and still trying to contact them they are not replying me , not in WhatsApp not in mail . And some products ara also not working . Very bad service and I am very disappointed with gplrock services. Fake scammer website I am very sad , And they steal my money because they don't reply and products are also defective.

There is no support, seems its fake site. I paid 1 month membership amount. shared the payment screenshot, but there is no response.

1st- their customer service is shit. If you need any help from them, they don’t respond , bakwaas services

2nd- they don’t update their themes regularly, so you’re stuck with the same old stuff.

3rd- , if you give any product on their site a 1-star or negative rating, they’ll delete your comment.

edited- There is a theme called Foxiz I downloaded from this site, and it shows its latest version, but when I installed it in WordPress, it is showing "update your theme." Then what’s the meaning of the latest version?

Worst Service ever! Ultra Poor Customer care service !Waste of money

I am trying to contact to customer support but there are no response.I have purchased a plugin Ninja table Pro and after installation there is notification that " Ninja Tables Pro integrity is not valid. You may downloaded from other sources. Please download ninja tables pro from WPManageNinja to keep it upto date."
Also frontend edit function not working well.
I contacted to customer care through WhatsApp and email but there are no one who responde.

The seller won't respond to me anymore, it's been 1 Week now, he just stay silent. I bought 5 items from him already and looking to buy more, but he don't respond anymore. I tried calling,,WhatsApp,,Email and no one respond. He was good before he reply fast and this and that..at first i thought he might face some family problem or having a holiday but this is not right.
