Everything went quite quickly and very smoothly. Once the surveyors agreed on what needed to be done, the housing company moved slowly, but compensation was forthcoming. The work is still being done, though not as smoothly as Gowing Law worked. It looks like everything will be handled in the near future. Thanks, Gowing Law.

At first, when G-law reached out to me, I was skeptical, but I decided to give them a chance because my home had been badly neglected by the council, especially when it came to the boiler. There were also other issues, including mould, that I had been struggling to get addressed. G-law took on my case and handled everything very professionally. The outstanding issues were finally addressed, the boiler was replaced, and I’m genuinely happy that I decided to work with them. The mould is something I think may be an ongoing battle, but at least I now have the support and help I needed If you’re struggling, feeling hopeless, and your landlord is ignoring your concerns, trust me when I say this team will not let you down. They are professional, efficient, and they genuinely take action. I still have some ongoing work, but G-law managed to get my landlord to respond quickly and take the issues seriously. Thank you, G-law, for your support and for helping me when I felt like I wasn’t being heard. I’m so glad I decided to trust you.

Don't use them l have to paint and decorate the bathroom myself wood on windows still rotten and promises everything nothing arrives and the woman l spoken to very rude Don't have them in and they turn up on your door step

I gave Gowing Law 4 stars. As the completion of the works to be done still is outstanding. Its not Gowing Law fault, it's the system. Gowing Law has always updated me concerning works to be done & Compensation Claims. Compensation still outstanding. Again that is the system that holds it back. I would recommend Gowing Law. Again, & Again... They kept me updated without me having to call. Thumbs up to Gowing Law for that...

My case was handled well, however I was not happy with the updates. For, example the staff would receive the correspondence but not updating me. I would get an update when I make a phone call. Sometimes I would guess if the case was still on because of lack of communication. I think they need to improve communication.
