Unusable
Terrible experience just trying to verify my military status and makes me want nothing to do with the site. The verification process is buggy and unintuitive. It takes multiple days to receive a response from support, and even longer to even try to get verified.

My bad
My bad. Moved but my address never changed in GovX. Item sent to wrong address. GovX advised to have usps intercept. That would cost more than item. So, yes my fault, but don’t expect GovX to ever help when simple mistakes can readily be corrected. Took GovX 3 days to reply, and I inquired seconds after purchase.

Terribly delayed shipping and handling
Ordered on the 6th. “Shipped” on the 9th, but in two separate packages. Here it is the 16th, one item showing a delivery date of today but also showing that it’s still sitting in Gary Indiana (FedEx) but it’s supposed to be in Pittsburgh. The other item doesn’t even show a delivery date now (USPS) and shows it has been sitting in NJ since the wee early hours of yesterday morning. Had I known FedEx was involved, I never would have ordered and USPS is almost as bad. Can’t even cancel the order at this point to get something else from someone else more expedient.
