Having 2 all-black Scotties, reflective collars are a must at night. GoTags were the perfect solution and work great. The quality is excellent, and they ship quick. Plus you're supporting an small-town American business.

They allow you to fill out the whole form including your credit card info only to then tell you they will not ship to your country I think that should have been flagged the minute I put in United States prior to still asking for my CC info

The tag is very well made and you cant beat the customer service!

I absolutely love these tags. My three pups wear them and I have not had any issues with them fading or falling off their collars. My Brittanys play hard and I have never had any issues. Their customer service is A+. I had a question and they were quick to respond and take care of my concerns. Thank you!

I ordered a Go Tag for my newly adopted dog, Mabel. The tag came one week later in a carefully wrapped package. The tag is beautiful. I ordered a red heart tag with Mabel’s name on the front and my information on the back. Everything was perfect. The tag is light weight so I don’t have to worry about Mabel being uncomfortable. It is made of rubber like material so there is no sound when Mabel moves around. When I was looking for a tag, Go Tag had a wide variety to choose from. I highly recommend Go Tag.

My package was due to arrive, but didn't, so I asked the seller for a tracking number. They refused to provide it. How is it acceptable for a seller to inform me that they cannot (or will not) provide a tracking number for my purchase?

Don't waste your time or money on this company. They will take your money and you will never get your order. No tracking and no tag. Their customer service SUCKS!! TOTAL SCAM!!

I could not be happier with the quality of the tag I received. We have a black and brown puppy so I wanted something that wasn't too large and would stand out on her fur. I went with a round silver with a yellow glitter paw print. It was perfect!!! Warning it comes through USPS and I was dependent on our mail carrier. It came after the expected arrival date.

When I ordered this tag from Amazon they estimated that it wouldn't arrive until Wednesday, 5/19/2025 but it arrived today 5/15/2025. The tag I ordered is a reminder of a cat I had for 20 years and he reached his 21 birthday but 3 weeks later I had to put him down because he succumbed to old age problems.

I used to love this company. Have ordered plenty of collars for my pets and family pets. The last 2 out of 3 orders they sent the wrong size collar....twice I ordered 14 inch collars and received 18 inch collars. Way to big! Contacted them through Amazon and I was told to return it for a refund(which I had to pay to return). No offer to send me the correct size. NOTHING. I will never order from them again!! I'm done

I bought my tag from GoTags and used Amazon. The tag came, but the phone number was one digit off. Amazon would not allow a return. However, when I emailed GoTags, they allowed me to receive a corrected tag at no extra price.. This was am amazing service.

I just love this company. I ordered tags for my 2 indoor cats. The front of the tags say "Indoor cat I'm lost if I'm out". The back has the cats name, my name, and contact info. I received my order within 7-10 days. However upon receiving the order, I noticed that one of the tags did not have the indoor cat "warning" on the front. I e-mailed the company along with pictures of the items received, both sides, along with the order receipt. The same day I e-mailed them, it was a Sunday, I received a return e-mail. The e-mail apologized for the error, thanked me for enclosing photos, and informed me that they would remake the one tag for me. I received the replacement tag on Saturday of the same week. I could not be happier with this company. I will definitely order from this company when the need arises.
