UPDATE
Normally good, but for some reason this order while at the local DPD depot was requested to be sent back to Gosmokefree instead of being delivered to me. Tracked this through the DPD app. No contact from Gosmokefree to tell me why this has happened or a refund. I guess I will have to contact my credit card company.
UPDATE
The ault was with DPD as their collection point was no longer available, but not updated on the website.
My order was sent out again and recieved. Back to a perfect 5 star experience.

Antwort von Gosmokefree
We are so glad you enjoyed your experience with us and that your package arrived safely in the end. We appreciate your patience while the delivery issue with the courier was resolved. It is wonderful to know that we have earned back your trust and a top rating. We understand how frustrating it must have been to see your package redirected without clear communication, and we are grateful that you took the time to update your feedback once the situation was sorted out. Our team is constantly working with our delivery partners to ensure that collection points are kept up to date to prevent this kind of confusion from happening again. Thank you for your continued support and for sharing this positive outcome with us.
