Just paid them from my over paid tax return.. received email off them demanding money and telling me they'd get thier legal team onto me, which I felt was a threat, being a pensioner I don't want thugs turning up at my door threatening to take my stuff or the money escalating, l shouldn't have clicked on thier advert on social media.. learned my lesson, never again.

Hi Stephen, if you refer to the reply to your previous review you will see that all we are doing is simply invoicing you for our service fee, you signed a legally binding contract at the start of the process that states should you receive a successful rebate, we will charge a fee on the money you receive which is standard practice across all industries should they provide you with a service. We appreciate you paying our service fee, I apologise again if you have had a bad experience, that is not our aim. Thank you.

Car mileage rebate
Found these guys on TikTok by accident so I thought give it a go and they got me my mileage payment back for the past three years great service and Josh the guy that was dealing with my case kept me informed all the way. I found them to be very helpful and professional all the way and with out there help I wouldn’t have got anything. I highly recommend these guys and there company and thanks for all they’re help so don’t hesitate in contacting them for any tax rebates you may be due thanks again.

Made things easy for me, and I am happy for that!
If you think you might be due tax back, because you travelling with work, paid for your own lunch etc etc, then you probably are due it back! But knowing how to do or how to complete forms (forms that seem designed to put you off doing it!) is a nightmare! I hate forms like this!
When I read an advert on Insta, I thought it was a scam. But when I spoke to them, they made sense and I decided to go ahead with this investigation about getting some tax back (never look a gift horse in the mouth!!!). And, after an indepth call, couple of payslips and a bit of simple maths (that's all I can cope this) they had worked out I WAS due tax back! GENIUS!
The process was so simple and my contact Nick made it painless and, not a phrase normally connected with tax, actually fun - not just in getting the cash back, but with the friendly calls and regular updates.
I am now heading to a new role and realise I will be needing them again, so now I know how easy it is, I shall be doing this again! Watch this space......

Gorilla Tax Rebates was excellent. Charles went above and beyond from start to finish. He explained everything to me in understandable terms and made sure I was kept up to date on any progress.
