Working with Pancham was a great experience. Emily and Jules made an excellent team, and I learned a lot from them; from social media marketing strategies to improving lead show rates and maintaining strong communication. Together, we were able to bring in high-quality leads. They were also very accommodating of our changes and challenges, and their consistent check-in meetings built a strong sense of trust and comfort.

Jules is an AMAZING rep. She helped identify trends and adjust toward marketing schemes that allowed us to take full advantage of our advertising spend. The booking team does an exemplary job of reach out to fresh leads and helping them get booked. Overall, our experience with Pancham has been extremely positive toward our studio growth.

Disappointing results. Leads generation is very low and i often hear excuses like "long weekends are typically low", "the colder weather results in lower leads", etc. I gave them more time than I ever should have, but there were days on end with zero leads. High price, but campaigns were ineffective.

Misleading ads. Don’t use Pancham. Don’t trust their ads & sales reps.
The sales rep is disconnected from the “coach.” The sales rep suggested an automated interface with our current booking software, which is widely used across the fitness industry. Then, the “coach” told us that would cost extra.
The Pancham ads say they won’t pressure you to low-ball a crazy offer. The coach said, we had to make a low-ball offer (below our current reduced pricing option that we’ve proven to work for conversions) in order to get more leads.
The Pancham booking site is a separate website. We were expected to monitor hourly. If we didn’t, it’s a way for Pancham to get out of their “guarantee.” It’s laborious and requires us to manually take client info from Pancham software and manually enter the client info onto our booking site. Then, do the same after each class - multiple extra steps, multiples times every day.
These guys are not trustworthy. The “coach” isn’t really a coach. Just a dude with very basic knowledge & generic approaches.
Beware of practices that diminish your brand value.

I had direct contact with the booking team via text while we were going through the initial "go live" process. They were amazing to work with and very upbeat, motivated and willing to make adjustments to fit our needs. What a professional/fun group of people to work with. They have truly helped us grow our business!

They charges $6000 for 3 mo. instead of monthly like they were supposed to. They couldn’t produce any results. Changed their offer when they knew they couldn’t produce leads they promised, which is a bait and switch. Claimed their sales person didn't give the offer correctly even though it corresponded with the ads they ran. Then kept running the same ad they claimed they changed and the sales person got wrong. Buyer beware! I lost $6000 with this company who promised 50 new members or they work for free and only got me 10 in 4 months.

I'm currently working with Pancham and the experience has been great so far. They are very collaborative and intent on finding the best solutions for our studio which includes building on the community atmosphere we already have. Everyone on the team has been great with communicating what the plan is and why they are using a particular approach. They're also very nimble; if something isn't working they adjust quickly. Our CPL has been low and, just a couple weeks in, we've got a lot of fresh faces coming in the studio. My biggest draws to the company are the guarantee as well as the fact that they nurture leads, which is great for a small studio with a limited number of staff like ours. Looking forward to a great, ongoing partnership with them!

Scam alert. Don’t use Pancham. They brought me leads at $50/cpl. If you don’t know going rate is $15-$20. I tried multiple times to tell them their ads were not working as they spent my money on Meta platforms like it wasn’t theirs. Cpl was terrible customer service was terrible. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND
