Quick and efficient. Communication between goodwill and tow company wasn’t very good. But communication between tow company and car location was good and got the job done.

Super easy process
Super easy process! I got a call from the towing company the same day I called Goodwill. Was able in schedule within a few days and the tow driver showed up on time. He promptly provided the receipt and was able to tow the car in a few minutes!
