Ordered underwear and then got a phone call to say our of stock. Phone customer service was poor and not apologetic. Got a refund but shouldn't be online to purchase if nonstick available

Item arrived promptly and well packaged..The dress looked exactly like on website and I am very happy with my purchase..Like most dresses nowadays it was quite long but I am getting it alter to suit my height.

Received wrong order and now have to send back
I ordered two non wired bras and received two wired ones. I now have to post back at my expense. Apart from that the package arrived super fast and general good service received.

I ordered 2 bra's that I could not get in wexford and I was lucky to get them for a price lower than I had paid in November in Shaws.
So I ordered the size that I needed and they arrived within days of ordering over the Christmas hols ❤️
Which I had expected to wait until after the new year.
