The good protein product is not just a great product, the customer service of the company is also amazing. I misunderstood and ordered 5 bags of good protein in the third week of january and didn’t realize that I’d receive 5 per month as opposed to my understanding of 1 per month for 5 months. When I woke up this morning and saw a renewal delivery for another 5 bags today, I was worried about the expense.
Fully assuming that an email may not even get a response or if at all, after a few days, I decided to email them. I received a prompt response from Charlie. After a few email exchanges about my intent and misunderstanding, he promptly cancelled my subscription for now at my request. I will renew my subscription again later this year.
I felt relieved and so grateful to Charlie for handling this promptly and helping me so efficiently.
What a great company! This leaves me with such an amazing customer experience and a great start to my work week.
Hats off to you Charlie! May you always do great work and leave your customers happy 😃

I have ordered Good Protein several times and really enjoyed the product. I mistakenly hit a wrong button on my last order and signed up for a subscription. That was not my intention as I am a one person household and only order when needed. I contacted the company and they were great in dealing with my issue, not locking me in to a subscription that I did not want or need. Their customer service was prompt, courteous, and reliable. I was so impressed...a great product with great customer service. I highly recommend them. Good job, Good Protein!

I didn't enjoy the taste as much as I thought, as I don't like the sweetener taste in the product. However the customer service was outstanding. Charlie helped me a lot with my order, and I really appreciate when businesses have great customer service. Way to go!

I’ve tried a LOT of protein powders and most of them either taste weirdly artificial or leave that dry, chalky aftertaste that makes you question your life choices. But The Good Protein Cookies & Cream genuinely surprised me.

First of all, the flavor is actually there. It’s creamy, slightly sweet, and gives real cookies-and-cream vibes without tasting fake or overpowering. It doesn’t have that weird protein “bite” at the end, which is honestly rare. Mixed with almond milk it tastes like a milkshake, and even with water it’s still smooth.

The texture is another win. It blends really easily, no clumps, no sandy texture. I’ve shaken it in a basic shaker bottle and it’s totally fine.

But here’s the biggest thing for me: I struggle with stomach issues, especially in the morning. A lot of protein drinks feel heavy or make me feel sick first thing after I wake up, so I usually avoid them. This one is actually a game changer. It’s light, doesn’t sit heavy, and doesn’t upset my stomach at all. I can actually finish it without feeling gross afterward.

It’s filling without feeling thick or overwhelming, which is such a win.

Overall, if you like cookies and cream flavored anything and want a protein powder that doesn’t taste like punishment and is gentle on your stomach, this one’s easily a 10/10 for me. Definitely one of the best I’ve tried.

not only are the protein powders and juices tasty, but i feel like for what your getting, the price is unbeat! i recommend this brand to all my dairy free and vegan friends, as well anyone i know struggling with their gut health. highly recommend trying if you fit under any of these categorys, or just wanna try a canadian brand that actually makes you feel good inside. plus their customer service is lovely!!!

The proteins are okay but their customer service it awful. Once I had an issue related to a lost order that never got delievered and I had another issue with a new flavour I tried that was inedible. I was not happy with the resolution of either issues. If youre going to buy their products just buy them from costco, at least they stand behind their products.

I have been enjoying Good Protein for breakfast for over two years. I love the taste, especially the Mocha and Strawberry flavours, and would recommend them on that basis alone, but they have also provided me with a healthy way to lose weight. By having only Good Protein in the mornings, and eating very carefully for the rest of my days, I lost 70 pounds in just over a year. Having my appetite satisfied early in the day made all the difference to me. Many thanks to all of the Good Protein family for making such a great product!

This company is top notch. Their customer service is beyond anything you could imagine. I did not realize that I had signed up for a subscription back in January. When I saw that another order was ready to ship I sent them an email on a Sunday and received a response within minutes. They cancelled my subscription immediately without hesitation. The only reason I wanted to cancel was because I don’t use the product every day therefore don’t need it shipped monthly. Their products are absolutely delicious but I would prefer to order as I need it. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate the wonderful Canadian customer service that I received. What an honest company.

Customer service is great. They respond promptly and great support for your needs. The products are great. I love the taste and they’re not powdery tasting. Highly recommend.

First of all….this is a Canadian product which is very important to us. The responsiveness of the Good Protein team to questions is excellent. The product my husband and I use regularly is the High Protein French Vanilla: blends well in smoothies, tastes great, easily added to things like waffles, pancakes, muffins.

I placed my first order today (February 12, 2026) but made a mistake in my order. I reached out to see if I could change it and was extremely lucky to get Charlie. Charlie told me what my options were and was so kind and understanding. It was the best customer service I have ever received and the response was so quick. I have usually ordered from Amazon because I hesitate to deal directly with companies but this experience and this company has changed my mind. I don't even feel bad about my mistake anymore.

Honestly anytime I have any type of issue they are always so accommodating. I had a baby and had to postpone my subscription twice, and they never had any issue or gave me any trouble. And the product is the only protein shake that doesn't hurt my stomach. Excellent quality through and through, keep it up guys!

I have been using the Good Protein powders for quite some time. My husband is now using it as well so I have to order more and more. I use the protein powder for my overnight oats and my husband also uses it for his protein drink. I have tried most of the flavours except mocha and mint and I absolutely love them all. Another very important aspect is no matter what question I ask whether my account or product the response is always quick and personable.

I’ve tried the French Vanilla, Chocolate, Banana and vanilla cupcake and they all taste so yummy! I love what they are supporting, it’s good for the gut health, high protein, good in calorie and the flavour is so yummy it’s also low in sugar as well I think 1g per serving or none at all I’ll have to check the label again but I remember I was shocked! I’ll definitely be purchasing more in future. Lastly, the customer service is amazing thank you all so much! 💕

I very much appreciated Good Protein’s quick response when I had questions about my pending delivery.
I ordered the peanut butter and the strawberry protein powders and they are both good. They don’t have that pea taste that some of the other protein powders have and I really like that the ingredients are natural and plant based.
Just had oral surgery and needed a source of protein that I could just drink! This was a great option for me!
