Although only recently changed to this supplier, my experience to date is extremely pleasing.Their handling is efficient and the goods always arrive as promised and usually next day.The email messaging regarding order confirmation and delivery info is also a good system.

As a beginner in the home brew world, I feel I can ask basic questions of the staff and get a helpful answer without feeling stupid, and they always spare you time to have a quick chat. They've got a massive range of products to produce home made food and drink. The service was excellent and the butter mould I purchased was cheaper than elsewhere but of the same quality. I would definitely buy from them again.

I only went to buy a few bits, but was so inspired with Paul's enthusiasm and knowledge, was happy to buy more. Great too, was the fact I could sample different things, which just had to be added to the list. He has some fabulous ideas and some superb courses coming up, can see I will becoming quite a regular, but have been rewarded with a loyalty card, well that a nice toast of goodwill!! Now can't wait for my 'bounty to be bottled'.

I live near Saxmundham so usually drop in to Goodlife Homebrew when I visit Norwich to get in my home brew supplies. Great selection and knowledgeable proprietor. The snow has been a problem recently and I was running out of home made wine, so tried the on-line option. V easy, v quick and delivery was a day or two later. Perfik! It's all bubbling away nicely as I write.

Nice to have a local shop in Norwich to pick and choose from a variety of beer kits. The guy who runs it is helpful and gives good advice if your thinking of altering your kits or refining the secondary ingredients.
