Been using goodhood for a few years
Been using goodhood for a few years . Only fault is the shipping price . My shirt came about 6 days later after paying the £7 shipping you would expect next day . All in all it won't stop me from purchasing in the future.

Though I had to return the trousers - too small as I had been a bit ambitious re my size - everything ran smoothly. They were delivered quickly and I was happy with the product. The return process went well and I have received my refund. Hadn’t used them before but added to my list of shops to look at regularly.

Very high Postage costs
Just bear in mind if you order something online that you will be charged £7 for delivery and a further £7 to return if it doesn’t fit. So basically, £14 to try it on. I wouldn’t risk it again, frankly.
I’m sure the company will argue that it reflects the “real cost” but I strongly suspect there is a markup, and other companies sensibly distribute costs more effectively so as not to deter future purchases.
