Melissa was very helpful. She was quick on getting the documents to the dealership a d stayed on the line until they received the documents to ensure I was able to take the new vehicle home.

This insurance company will over charge you so be careful. They will add accidents that you are not at fault for to your insurance abstract. Then they will say it came from “ Lexis nexis,” a third party that they “claim” they go through for your information. Once you call the nexus people they will not send you any of the correct info that you ask them for. If you try to send good2go your abstract they will give you the wrong fax number and email address to send your information to. If you ask to speak to a supervisor they start to get ghetto and try to argue with you. Just go somewhere else because this company does not deserve your hard earned money.

If I was able to request a representative it would be Heather Giovengo she helped me get new insurance after my policy was canceled and I enjoyed talking to her she made it not feel like a burden to be spending money lol
