Noise is selling used products on the name of brand new.
I bought a noise twistgo elite Edition and they had sent me a refurbished product. Once I raised the complaint they took the product and sent me the same one, by just putting on a tape. The product was not sealed. I highly suggest not to buy from them.

Bought a smartwatch from Gonoise on Aug 31, 2024. It was ColorFit Pulse 4 Max (Order #4729059). Received delivery a few days later, and the first thing that struck was the awful smell. It was coming from the strap, which was probably used or had some other reason for smelling like that. I sent a complaint to the Noise people, and they flat out refused to offer a replacement or refund. Later, I bought another strap from Amazon and tried using the watch. But there were bigger problems. The main promised features of this watch - AI Watch Faces, and AI Search, did not work. These features do not work for any of the watch's users, I have got that info from YouTube and Amazon. The feature to select ring or vibrate option keeps auto-switching to ring+vibrate even though I want to keep it at ring only. Bluetooth calling requires manual connection every time because when I connect it, it auto-disconnects after a few minutes. The strap width on this watch is 20mm, but the product specifications on the GoNoise website say it is 22mm. These people don't even know the specifications of the product they are selling. And to make matters worse, because I complained about the smelly strap, they have banned me from their website. I can't submit any online complaints there. This was my first and last transaction with Noise. Will stay away from them.

I ordered Noise Buds VS102 Pro. I got a used and old product. I asked for a replacement. They agreed and took the product, kept it with them and returned me the same one after 15 days.
So, I raised a complaint again. The same thing happened again. The took it for 15 more days and sent me the same product back.
I was also unable to rate the product less than 5* or 4* on their site. This company is scamming people.

I bought a brand new watch on 18th march 2024 which I received on 20th march. Within 10 minutes of receiving the product I reported to the Noise that watch has dirt and fine fabrics on it, it has watermarks on it display and adhesive in the form of rubber has come out of the edges of the display which is looking absolutely ugly.
I dropped an email, registered a complaint, uploaded the photos myself bcz I knew Noise can make some drama. Then they made me upload a video, which I did, and this pathetic company asked even for the shrink wrap on the box, the people they are.
Even after all of this, still there is no response form noise. It has been three days now and suddenly somehow my phone number is not present in their customer help number now even they constantly keep sending their marketing messages. The ultimate fraud company it is.
If they make this many hurdles in replacing a brand new purchase, i wonder what would they do when one has to claim a warranty.
IT IS THE MOST PATHETIC AFTER SALES SERVICE I have ever received in my life.
P.S.: There's one more scam noise runs. They will flush your sms inbox with different kinds of coupon codes which were never meant to work. All fake marketing.

Your service is the world's worst service. Instead of replacing my noise flair with a new product, you have provided me with someone else repaired the product that is also not working on the same day I received it. The day I received it I checked and my left earpiece is not working properly. It gives a shhh sound while playing music, during calls, and any usage. I have tested in 3 mobile phones but the same issue. The sound quality is also not the same which was with the original product I had. If there was a minus rating I would have given that to you. This is cheating that you misguide the customer. You should have provided a new product and with the same quality of voice which was in the original product. It took less than only 1 month used product and I faced a problem with it so I sent it to their store for replacement and you cheated on me and sent me repaired product of someone else that also not in working condition. You wasted more than 10 days for replacement still not provided the proper product. I do need the new branded product else I will post all the conversations on each of my social sites youtube channels also where I have many users. I am really disappointed with this much worst service. Your agent also confirmed on call that I will get a new product but you sent the repaired product of someone else this is not tolerable. I have proof of call conversation with him. I have received same confirmation with 2 of your call executive and have both call recordings too. I request you to replace it with a new branded product else I will post it everywhere with a recorded calls on my youtube channel and all the social sites

I just received my new AirBuds Mini & Airbuds+ from Noise, the new Indian Brand with a series of music headphones, earphones, and smartwatches. Previously, I had Purchased 2 Smart Watches and a Noise Shots from Noise and I had a great experience with that. I am still using them and they just work perfectly.
However recently I had placed an order for a couple of AirPods from Noise and they have arrived today and I would like to pen down my thoughts on these products. Firstly, they look amazing. The build quality is really great. The finishing is high-end and the product is quite sturdy. It fits perfectly on the ears.
Coming to the sound quality, I was surprised to see how well balanced the Bass and the Treble are, which are rare and only available in high-end devices. The sound quality is just perfect and has a feel of surround sound to it. The Bluetooth connectivity is fast and there is no lagging also.
Overall this is a fantastic product specially for the price at which it is available. I also feel proud that this is a Make-in-India initiative and a solid one at that.
I would highly recommend this product to everyone. I am a music lover and I am literally blown away by the quality of this product. Keep up the great work!
How GoNoise plays cheap politics with their customers.
I bought Noise Shots x5 Pro on January 26, 2021 & it stopped working within 25 days of purchase. Returned the product 5 times for replacement within 5 months because they used to send the same unit again and again. So, finally, I asked them to take the product and refund the money.
After several calls and tickets and queries, they agreed to give me a Gift Voucher, which will have 1 year expiry and I can use it for multiple purchase (depends on the price of the product).
After few months, I tried logging into their website to buy a product but I was unable to log in. I tried to recover the password and it didn't work. I discovered, that that must have blocked my email address and so, I was neither able to sign in nor I was getting password recovery link to my email address.
Hence, I tried to register with a new email address and same number but, it showed that my phone number was still registered.
Which simply means that they had kept my number registered and blocked my email address so that I will not be able to sign in again.
Today, July 20, 2021, I tried to use the same voucher on Amazon using the same Gift Card but it gave me an error, "Invalid Gift Card". That was really very cheap for GoNoise to play such a low level politics.
I had always been polite with every single executive I spoke with, on GoNoise customer service, not even a single bad word, rather cool and kind. Yet, they didn't value a decent customer. That means, you need to give bad words on their mother and sisters and then they will be kind to you, is that so? I guess, that is why many customer us foul language and get their work done by such cheap graded companies.
I will never advice anyone to buy GoNoise product and if anyone (even unknown to me) want to buy, I will stop them.
I will be making a blog on this issue and will ask my other YouTuber friends and our community to STOP BUYING GONOISE PRODUCTS, I MEAN IT.
