Was having difficulty ordering some Goli gummies. Texted their Help Desk,and very soon after was given simple instructions & and able to order the products. Very easy. I was not expecting a response til the next day but the answer was within an hour or two after my request. Very nice.

I love your product (since my husband and I don’t eat our greens on a daily basis) and love that I can get 5 bottles at once on a scheduled subscription and not have to worry about out always ordering.
I had an issue about the timing of my subscription and their customer service rep was so friendly and helpful. I didn’t like the fact that they didn’t have a customer service phone number, but the rep replied to my email super quick. She made sure my account and shipping time was correct.
I wish all customer service reps were as friendly, knowledgeable and prompt.

I had a small issue with delivery. One of the bottles of vitamins was crushed in transit. I sent an email with photos and an new order was placed for me free of charge by James from customer service right away. Issue was handed quickly and the customer service was A+. I ordered the 3 pack of NAD, from an ad. Now I’m concerned that this might be an automated subscription, which I don’t want! I didn’t see that when I checked out, but I’ve had that issue before. Just want to make sure if that happened to anyone.
