I strongly suggest you do not buy or service your watch here. Ive had multiple problems with the watch I purchased from Dennis and the service was not done properly either. Look somewhere else.

Fraudulent company, sent me a broken watch and claimed they never received my return.

I attempted to purchase a watch from this company, via Amazon. Despite getting pre approval from American Express, they were unable to complete the transaction. This had me wondering about this company...where there’s smoke, there’s fire! Just bought a new vehicle for almost ten times the money and it was a much faster, easier and better transaction. Watch what they are doing. I get concerned that their effort might have elements of a scam to secure personal financial information

The first watch that I purchased from Gold Watch Co. was the first Rolex that I have purchased. I had done a good amount of research on the specific watch movement, features, and functions, and this company before making the purchase. I dealt directly with Tovia. He contacted me to go over the features of the watch and it's condition so that I would be comfortable with the purchase. I never felt that I was being pushed to make the purchase and I felt that I was being treated as a respected customer even though it was my first purchase from them. The watch was supposed to ship within one week of payment, however, Tovia called my the day after receiving my payment and told me that it would be shipped the following day via next day air. The watch arrived as promised and exactly matched the description and condition. It runs perfectly. I consider this a good buy and consider Gold Watch Co. to be a reputable source for fine Rolex watches. I will consider purchasing from this company again in the future.

STAY AWAY from this company, they’re a bunch of scammers! I was buying a watch from them on chrono24, it takes them over 24 hours to make a response to any message. They agree to the sale and then I go to purchase and they raise their price $2000. When I respond to their message they then decline the correct amount and ignore the message. They have wasted my time for over a week and a half trying to buy a watch for my husband for our 10th anniversary. Thanks for your terrible service, you’re the worst jeweler I have ever encountered. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!!!! If I could give you negative stars I would.

Men's SSG Datejust was NOT as described. Had hidden damage. After 2 appraisals I now realize I paid thousands of dollars more than the watch is worth.

I have to say I had the most pleasant experience dealing with Dennis and Tovia. The deal went smoothly. I had to pay the watch upfront and I was coming from Europe, so let’s say I was a bit stressed out! We are talking about a lot of money, not just a gold Daytona... Dennis send pictures and video of the watch, box and papers. Everything was as advertised, full set, the watch was mint or 99% mint. Buying a $20k watch over the internet & wiring the funds was probably the scariest thing I have ever done. I researched the GoldWatch company and found good reviews and I can honestly say that I was pleasantly surprised. Being an engineer and needless to say, that I had a lot of questions and wanted a lot of reassurances. The watch was everything that Dennis said it was and he went over and above to ensure a positive experience. I would and have recommended this company to my friends. I am a very demanding engineer, who researches things beyond reason. I am not trusting by nature. My first purchase from the Gold Watch Co. was a gold Rolex Submariner with a slate diamond dial, one that was advertised as unworn. Wiring cash was a big leap of faith for me. The watch arrive as described and flawless.
Five months later, I wanted a little sportier Rolex & saw a two tone Submariner with a black diamond dial, also – never worn. I didn’t have to think twice about the purchase. I was skeptical about spend this kind of money on a Rolex on line. After I did extensive research, I found this Gold Watch Co. I found an older model Rolex for a good price, sure enough, they Fed Ex me with in two days, and just as advertised, it's like a brand new watch. The story doesn't end here........... I am a big man. This Rolex is beautiful, but seems like I am wear a ladies watch. I called Dennis, ask him if he will take it back. After I told Dennis the reason for the return is that I want something with bigger dial. He immediately told me that he does have a mint condition new 41mm model in stock, and he offered me a killer deal, and send me a per paid Fed Ex over night label for me to return the small watch. Sure enough, another two days later, the 41mm Rolex came. Again, it's like a brand new watch! Wait.......not done yet........ Like I mentioned before, I am a big man. This Rolex band was a little tight. Again, I called Dennis. He just ask me how many link I need., never mention money. That was Monday. Surprise! I came home Wednesday, I found Fed Ex overnight envelope in my mail box that contain that two links. I never asked him to spend that kind of money to spend on overnight mail! I have never met a company that have this kind of customer service, in the store or internet! I guess if I ever want buy another Rolex, I won't even think anywhere else, Gold Watch Company is the one! I highly recommend this company to anyone that is in the market for a pre owned Rolex. Hands down, do NOT go anyplace else to purchase a pre-owned Rolex! I did extensive research for almost 2 months on the Internet and in person, and after all was said and done, I decided to buy from this store. What an incredibly awesome experience! They were extremely fair and when I picked up my Yachtmaster yesterday, it absolutely looked brand new! Kudos to my salesman, Sam Edwards, who was just GREAT! I will certainly be recommending Goldwatchco to anyone I know that may be in the market for a pre-owned Rolex. This was truly an amazing experience, and when you are spending thousands of $$$, you have to make sure you are dealing with an honest, professional, and reputable company. When you're buying something as expensive as a Rolex Daytona and that online, you're not going to do that without having some understanding about the person you're dealing and exactly what they are selling .this ended up being a very simple transaction with Dennis. I couldn't be more pleased. The price that we settled on it was very reasonable for the product

Best customer service ever! I would give ten stars if I could. Dennis at Goldwatchco bent over backwards to accommodate us. My husband ordered me a Mens Rolex TT Datejust for Christmas. Bless his heart he tried, but ordered the wrong watch. Dennis had no problem exchanging out the watch and even paid for return shipping. Dennis then went above and beyond after we got the second watch...and I changed my mind and wanted a different dial (yes, I am a bit of a pain). Dennis once again sent a return label (no cost to us) and exchanged watches for us without any problem. I now have my perfect dream Rolex and will be back to get my 41mm Datejust for next Christmas! Not many places offer this type of exceptional customer service along with fantastic pricing. I literally checked online watch companies and pricing for almost a year before making this purchase. Dennis a great guy, recently purchased a Rolex Submariner in Mint condition. Very skeptical at first to buy Rolex online. One phone call to Dennis made a difference, he is very knowledgable about his inventory on the back of his hand, gave me good suggestions. He never once pressured me into buying. He promised a mint condition and model of my choosing. He delivered as promised on the product, shipment . He is very honest and trustworthy. I felt very confident buying from him. Me and my wife love this watch. I had it authenticated at my local Rolex Authorized Dealer. Now we are planning to buy one for my wife. I am a loyal customer to Dennis from here on.

I bought a day date president locally, and tried Craigslist to sell my current watch that I had purchased from Goldwatchco a year ago. Got real tired quickly of the scammers and all that brought. Initially it did not even occur to me that I would get most of my money back by calling Dennis, but finally I did. He told me his price and I jumped on it. He sent me a prepaid shipping lable, and I sent him my watch in the same perfect condition I got it in. The very same day, he Fed Exed me back my check. Oh and this is the kicker, my new day date, has some dings on the sapphire crystal, I asked Dennis if he could include a new one with my check and he did not hesitate and said yes. I am sure I am not done with my Rolex itch, and will make Goldwatchco my first call next year for the heavy band day date.
