Went into the Darrenwood branch today to see Mandy. What a lovely experience. She was so welcoming and friendly and made me feel at ease for selling my items. She explained the whole process of how it works and what to expect of the outcome. While valuating the items we had a lovely chat. I truly got more than I bargained for in return for selling my items, and super happy for this experience. Thank you Mandy, I will definitely recommend and use your services again. I went to Boksburg and met up with Ashleigh. What a awesome person and experience. She was professional but also calming and even emotionally there for me (because my gold pieces was precious) They are professional and trust worthy. She did the whole weighing, explaining etc right in front of me. And I was sitting there and she made a direct payment into my account. I am grateful for GoldTrust and the help I got. Thank you.
