Last month one friend recommend me to purchase 24 karat gold bar from Gold Trade as their services are good and they provide online purchase facility along with home delivery services.
Before purchase I called them as I show some bad reviews online. They explain me that they are following strict rules like can not delivery to other person or without proper documents they are not not accepting orders. Actually this is good practice.
Till then I purchase 3 times and every time I got my order delivered on time. Now I can also recommend them to others.

I got the reference of goldtrade.ae from my friend and now i am buying gold bars from them on regular basis. Process is easy. Everytime i just need to visit their online gold store, select a gold bar and checkout. Usually i pay through credit card and get delivery at home without any problem.
Also i sell to them whenever i need to sell to get the profit. Now i have open trading account with them and i think this is very good to get the best gold price. through it i can purchase gold even at night at best rate and can redeem it at any time.
As per my experience they are providing very good and efficient services.

I ordered two small gold bars online as gifts for my friends children, the only thing gold trade managed to do was to charge my card. A month later they hadn't delivered the order and hadn't contacted me. I only found out about the issue from my friend. After two days of trying to contact them, they finally responded that it was because the receiver was different to the purchaser and this created a money laundering issue. I pointed out the receiver name was on the order and his ID was provided. In the same period as gold trade make excuses and problems I found another company that delivered the gifts within 36 hours. Gold trade now say they may deliver in the next week and if they don't they'll refund me. Terrible service from start to finish. Stay away and do not rely on them. I'm having to raise a dispute with my card company to get my money back.
