My deposit was taken in February, never installed my windows. Now uncontactable.
This company has taken my deposit and is now uncontactable. I had a quote for window replacement back in February and after David came round and seemed very friendly we opted with the company to replace all windows. I paid the deposit (almost £1.5k) and the survey was carried out. I was told it would be approximately 4-6 weeks lead time then they would be in contact with an installation date. An email from David stated early April at the latest. It's now been 11 weeks and they company is ignoring all emails, not answering any phone calls and has not given me any update, explanation or apology. I'm desperately trying to get my deposit back. Please avoid Gold Standard Home Improvements at all cost.
