I felt that the person I spoke to was very knowledgeable about the product and he explained it very well. I feel that my daughter will be looked after.

First and foremost, Anita had a lovely voice, very clear and easy to understand. She was very clear in her instructions ((yes/no answers etc.) and explained everything very well indeed. She was friendly and very respectful at all times. She followed the format perfectly. I did ask a question that Anita had not come across before so she put me on hold but came back to me very quickly with an answer and also expressed that she learned something new today herself. Overall the questions were not rocket science and the whole experience was pleasant (due to Anita's performance) and didn't take long at all.
