Thank you very much for allowing me to create a funeral plan tailored to my personal needs.

I had the pleasure of being signed up by Ronin (with an I). Because of this worthy asset to your company, I found the introduction process simple to understand, easy to implement with my current budget and a definite 'peace of mind' for myself.

I have been thinking about a funeral plan for a while now but left it on the 'back burner'. Stumbling across the advert whilst 'scrolling'. I 'bit the bullet' and thought I would give it a 'shot'.

I am so happy I did it, even though I was rather skeptical at first (thinking, 'am I getting scammed?). Rest assured within the first couple of minutes my mind was put at ease by Ronin and I was most pleasantly surprised with the reassurance of what Golden Insurance was all about and the great plans that are available.

Ronin, had a great 'knack' of being able to express and deliver all relevant information without it being confusing or boring. (45 minutes of reading policies is a long time!) I commend and congratulate you, Ronin on a job well done.

To conclude, I appreciate the assistance and guidance you have given me today regarding my Funeral Plan, and wish Golden Insurance a prosperous future.

I am sorry but I have forgotten the young gentleman name. But the things I remember most he listened to what I said. He was thorough, went through what my policy included, whe I needed to ask a question no problem he answered it for me. He went back over things for me , not a problem. I can honestly say that I was impressed with and the way he handled everything. I will definately be spreading the word among my friends about your company. My final comment.
