Waited over 2 weeks to get my order of one beige and one purple. They arrived today, both are not what is advertised. The “beige” is like a dark yellow brown. The purple is much lighter than what is advertised. Aside from color, they are both different makes and sizes. I already requested to return.

The tik tok ad you see for the Sherpa hoods is AI generated. The hoods get shipped from China by a courier with no contact info. This is not a business created by the woman you see in the ad. Stay away, I should have known better.

This company is a complete scam. They use ads from a legitimate small business, and then ship DRASTICALLY inferior products from China. Return policy is defective products only and within 14 days of purchase. I received mine after 30 days. Sherpa hood is nothing like advertised, flimsy and falling apart. This company is just taking people's cash! Please don't buy this product! I would give zero stars if I could. Buyer beware.

Actually , I would rate in the negative numbers. The product that arrives is complete garbage; no returns. I’m out $164 and now have to shop again for gifts to replace these. Angry doesn’t describe my emotions.

What a scam, product is nothing like advertised, won't respond to email, don't waste your money with this product. I fail to see how they don't just sell the product described instead of pissing off so many customers!!

Absolute garbage, they are very thin and when handled fluff falls off. The return window is 14 days from the time you put the order in, order placed November 4th and received December 5th. Do not trust this company.

TERRIBLE quality, don't waste your money. I ordered three of them and they were ALL different. Not cashmere blend, loose threads, SO disappointed! Expressed my concern and no one has emailed me back. Their return policy says 14 days and I didn't receive my package until 20 days later. SO awful!

I bought 2 Sherpa Hoods. A gray one that was delivered first. The quality was not like the photos on the website however it was acceptable?! Sent two emails to the company Golden Haven Shop, asking about my second Sherpa Hood the black one, that I had paid for and hadn't received yet. Never got a reply from Golden Haven Shop. Two weeks later the black Sherpa Hood was delivered. The hood was smaller and didn't provide neck coverage as shown on the website and the lace that adjusts the fit of the sherpa material around the face, was a cheap shoelace with no toggles, unlike the gray one I received that had a thicker round lace with toggles on each end of the lace. Will never purchase another item from this company again. False advertising for the most part regarding the quality of the garment and the way it was stitched together. Very chintzy and cheap looking.

Item is neither sherpa, which I ordered, nor is it even fleece, which is the only other option. It's thin, fur, like a stuffed animal & yeah, I think the mittens are for kids. I have a really small hand & my fingers were touching the seam

The items are poor quality. As you put them on fluff falls off. Also, the mittens are so short they don’t fit my hands.
Finally, they don’t even offer refunds if you don’t like the product. If I had known this, I wouldn’t have bought them.

The item was much smaller than what was shown on TikTok, and despite contacting customer service several times, I never received a response. Overall, I’m very disappointed and would not recommend purchasing from this company.
