Fantastic purchasing experience, whether you physically go into the shop or shop online. If you make a mistake online (I ordered 2 items which didn't go together), they were quick to communicate this and rectified this for me. They are amazing.

I cannot praise this company enough, I received a phone call from them letting me know they had made a mistake with my order and had already sent out the correct item but for me to keep the wrong item as a complimentary gift for their mistake, I hadn’t even received my delivery when I received the phone call. Ive ordered a few times from here now and their products are excellent. Always come exceptionally well gift wrapped as I bought them as a present for my mum. Apparently on my last order, an item was missing however Goldenhands contacted me immediately to let me know what had happened and how they had resolved it. I received the item the say day as the main delivery so for me there was no issue - Absolutely impeccable customer service from everyone at Goldenhands - I love this shop

I found this lovely shop when I was at Hastings! It’s amazing! I asked if they did online and they did! Well I ordered from there and the packing and finishing touches with little notes, they are so so thoughtful, I will be recommending them and use them again myself xx

The shop on the web, looks really well designed, its looks sharp and clean. There are many items which are very interesting and i can add to my wishlist, however there are some item that are sold out but theyu do state these are sold out. It would be nice if they could display when the sold out items are due back inn stock. Overall though the website is perfect in everyway really, and their customer support is spot on, they get back to you ASAP. I cannot fault the service or products and hope many more people will take an interest in their site.
