Everyone I've spoken to on the phone to resolve my situation has been incredibly helpful, in particular Liz and Paulo. (I've had to make a few calls!) It's involved other members of the team too, however the solution has now been reached. Thank you all!

Happy with service received
In my experience, I found Golden Charter professional, knowledgeable but also caring and easy to deal with. They took time to ensure that the policy was right for me.
Before making a purchase, I read through the full terms and conditions and these were fairly clear but where I needed clarity on a couple of things I received a prompt response to my queries.
After making full payment I requested an email acknowledgement of receipt of payment and this I received. My plan documents arrived shortly after I had made payment.

Excellent Customer Service
Lovely Elina on the other end of the phone made organising my Mum's funeral arrangements a really positive experience.
I knew exactly what I wanted, and Elina didn't try to upsell or in any way alter what I asked for, she just made the arrangements quickly, efficiently and with a lovely manner.
Everything was clear, documented, and promptly actioned. Great job.
