Be careful it's a scam project, miners never came and asked for an expensive fee

These guys operate under different names and they change their website and contact info as soon as their scam scheme gets exposed. Needless to say, my account with my order history got deleted as well. They used to operate under golddiamondminer.com. Read all the negative reviews about that website and you will see that everyone encountered the same problem. Ask yourself: why would anyone have only 5 and 1 star reviews? Who is telling the truth?

Their behavior is identical: before sending the money, they reply emails really quick and are very friendly, with good English skills. After sending the money, you never hear from them.

In my case, they asked me for some patience when failing to deliver on time, because they were supposedly waiting for an order from Bitmain. Funny part is, the miner I've paid for, StrongU STU U1, is not produced by Bitmain!! That moment I've understood I have to deal with a bunch of criminals. Btw, this miner got in a couple of days 50% more expensive!

Here are some red flags for you: fake phone number since WhatsApp is banned in China, you won't be able to contact them and calling is impossible, they don't charge for delivery ("it is included") no matter where you live, they offer miners which are not even released by the manufacturer (Innosilicon A11 Pro, they don't even mention it should be a pre-sale), their miners are cheaper than somewhere else, they have some miners which are sold out everywhere, they keep using a Chinese girl next to some miners to distract buyers, they delete all negative comments on Instagram etc. I've personally tried to warn some users there and my comments got deleted. Ask yourself, why would they have so many followers on Instagram but no comments?

All green reviews are fake, you have been warned. They will for sure reply to this review and other than claiming all I say it's false and I'm paid by someone else, they don't have anything to defend themselves. I have plenty of screenshots to backup my statement.

Do yourself a favor and listen to reason. Please. There are serious people out there who have a legit business and deserve your money. These crooks don't.

Purchased an item 3 weeks and did get confirmation of payment. However, despite repeatedly asking for a tracking number (which was initially promised), nothing has appeared. I've also tried WhatsApp messages + calling with no response. I'm gutted that this happened to me, especially as I try to be careful and **did** use TrustPilot.
With hindsight, it looks like they did do some genuine orders, however, a lot of the single item reviews are fake. Have opened a fraud case with TrustPilot.
From their facebook page, they do run another site which I can't mention due to "promotional reasons".
I'm really disappointed in falling for an internet scam and hope this avoids other people being scammed, feeling disappointed and loosing money.

This company costed me every saved coin, I had! They took them with no hesitation!

I have been waiting for the ordered ETH miners for 4 weeks now. They do not respond to any of my emails and I am certain that my order will never arrive.
Here they have very good reviews, but in real life they are just liars.
Do not order from them and do not risk losing your funds.

It has been 26 days since the payment was made and I lost contact with the seller!
In the last email I got from them, their customer support agent was trying to convince me that everything is fine with my delivery, but I'm sure it's not, because they have stopped responding!!!
I can tell you why - because they are SCAMMERS and nothing more!!!
Until now, I had to make money instead of waiting for delivery from this website!!!

If you ask me, you should not place orders on this website and must stay as far as you can from it!!!

I never thought that I will have so many problems because of one online order!
This person or people (probably there are more than one), must be exposed and bring to justice as soon as possible!
If they continue with their criminal scheme much more people will suffer like I did and not only me!
I have filed multiple frauds reports with the authorities in my country.
Every person who was deceived and robbed by them must stand up and do whatever they can to contribute to stopping these wrongdoers from ruining the lives of others!

They respond pretty fast to emails when you try to pay or have trouble sending money.
Once they put your bitcoins in their pocket, you won't hear anything from them again!
I ordered two Antminers and paid for the order within 30/40minutes. The transaction was confirmed and the money was transferred, but they told me that they have not received anything and stopped responding to my mails. I don't understand how they have so many good reviews when in realty, they are nothing more than a bunch of thieves.
Stay away from this website!

This website is a SCAM as you can imagine. These guys have nothing in stock. All they do is steal people's money and then stop answering. I bought from them in May and look at the date now, it's almost pas July and nothing has been shipped. I haven't received a single email or any kind of answer since I bought from them.
I can't stand it anymore and I will seek my rights in court. In the meantime, you need to avoid these scammers!

Was worried about ordering. Ordered something small (146 dollars) to see if it was legit. Just an email saying to pay but not processed yet. Went on and bought something more expensive and received two emails. One saying it was processed and went into more detail on how to pay and to take a screenshot of payment and that I would receive another email for tracking after payment was processed. I took the information gathered and used it to pay for the product that was 146 US dollars. Also taking a screenshot and sending in the correct order number. I have yet to receive a new email with tracking number. I’m not sure if this is a scam or just bad business. I will however write a new/good review if I receive my product. Also if I receive my products I will continue to do more business and write more good reviews. I have done everything the business has asked to do, and have done it correctly. Now I will wait. Hopefully good reviews will be on the way.

I appreciate the reply on here. I have yet to get a tracking number. Again once I do I will change the review. For now however it is not so. No response to emails and no tracking number. I have screen shots to prove it.

I was interested in finding out more about this online company and I thought they must be good as they put in full address and phone number...

However, I tried calling the number on their website:

I guess from that information above, the fax might go nowhere as well...

I have sent an email and so far no response, but no delivery failure either, which could be a good sign, who knows?

It is difficult to konw which company to trust in this world. Not sure this one is a trustworthy company at the moment. I will not buy unless they have a real phone number!

UPDATE: 21/07/2021:
I received an email from the company shortly after this review. I spotted a mistake in the web site phone number information and the company says that they don't want to respond to phone calls and only use this as a WhatsApp number. The company said they would have too many calls to handle.

I can understand this point of view and really appreciate the company taking the time to contact me with the information. I suggested they change "Tel:" and "Phone:" words with "WhatsApp:" to clarify what it is.

However as a response to their response, my review was not of "hate". It was simply a fact. Also, we have so many scamming artists trying to sell fake goods especially in the mining coin fields, that the company should be very happy that someone is doing some homework.

I am happy to change my review from 1 star to 5 stars.

I will provide another update once I place and order and receive the actual advertised goods on time. But so far I have no more reason to doubt the legitimacy of this company.

Final Update: 31/07/2021:
OK I finally discover at my expense that this company is a total SCAM!
I have purchased a graphics card and sent the BTC amount. Since then absolutely total black out! No response. No phone working. Nothing.
This is definitely a SCAM and all positive reviews must be fake for this company.
If you still have doubts and read this review, you have been warned. You will lose your money.

They are trying to clean their mess with some sort of excuses here but I can assure everyone that this is a SCAM website and nothing more.
If they were a real web store I should have received my order weeks ago, but the only thing I received is disappointment and negative crypto balance!!!!
The money I transferred is long gone, paying for these positive reviews under mine! None of their green reviews are real, they were paid with our money!!!!
If you plan to buy from them you can expect the same and worse!!!!!

Hands off!!! Golddiamondminers .... full of the rip-off shack. "Sell" the three best miners very cheaply and as soon as you have transferred the money, contact is broken off. They give you a bank account and then say that the bank is causing difficulties, will always transfer the money back and ask if you can pay in BTC. So the money is gone twice. Whatsapp number does not exist. Apparently the videos and pictures were stolen from somewhere. Absolute scam. They also operate under Cryptoexperticonminers and offer dubious participation plans with guaranteed payouts. They claim, that they are business partners from RedPandaMining on Youtube, what they are NOT. Absolutely criminal bunch!
Reply to their silly answer: I don´t have to pay anyone. I pay with my money for your suckers. But Karma is a bi*ch. Remember when you will lie on the ground one day. Heads off!
UPDATE 01 August 2021:
No miner. No money back. Nothing. No communication since payment. Simulated buying interest with another name: immediate response. The best proof that these criminal bas*ards have nothing to sell, just steal the money and then hope you don't get them. One see each other twice in life, you filthy bas*ards. Reported to the police.

I got scammed out of 1100$ I’m disappointed.

Scammers. they say your item will be deliver but they request high customs fees, and you have to pay them in bitcoin, this does not make sense since Canada or USA gov does not accept bitcoin as currency. dont buy here this are scammer dont believe in the 5 start review is them creating and making review on their own

This is where you will lose all of your crypto money! Stay away from this website because it's a scam and there will be nothing for you except for disappointment!!
