I took a 9ct diamond ring in and was told they are not diamonds ,, Id already had it looked at by a friend who is a maser goldsmith so i knew what it was,, she tested them and then agreed with me that they were diamonds in a very snotty way and Id been told the retail price was between £350 and £450 and i should get around £200 .. i was offered £175 by another gold buyer so thought id go to the gold bank to see what they would offer .....they offered £68 ,,,what a rip off

I wanted buy 5 coins from this seller on ebay. They had 2 and more still available on each of them. When i set order and paid for it, seller figured out that, they allready sold out 1 piece of them (but on ebay was still information 2 more available). They had to cancel my order cause of this missing piece. Their mistake cost me more then 50 euro cause ebay send me back £ on € account and bank took money for this transaction. Not recomending to buy from anything

This is my 4th deal with the gold bank in the last 6 years. Had a Rolex watch to sell- and as per previous occasions got an expert appraisal- and a price that was above my expectations- Colin was very professional, honest and the transaction was completed in under 20 minutes.
Highly recommend the Gold bank- Best prices - Great service.

Reanne was very professional, she showed outstanding customer service skills and made me feel at ease every step of the way. She is a credit to the company.

I've visited Gold Bank twice now, once last year to sell my late Aunt's jewellery, and again today to sell my mum's jewellery. I was helped today by Shannon who was lovely.

On both occasions I was met with professionalism and compassion.

The staff were thorough, careful and discreet. They checked the items I brought in and were happy to check unmarked jewellery pieces for me using their x-ray machine. (On both occasions a piece that I believed to be worthless turned our to be real gold.)

I was very happy with the valuation I received on both visits and felt under no pressure to sell, but was happy to do so.

The sale was very straightforward, they just checked my ID, took my bank account details and moments later the money was in my account.

I would definitely recommend Gold Bank if you need to sell any unwanted gold jewellery.

I bought a Rolex from Colin at Gold Bank today and I have to say it’s perfect from a warm welcome on entering the showroom and a great selection of high quality timepieces I’m very happy with my Rolex purchase, so a big thankyou to Colin at Gold Bank who made my Rolex buying experience very very enjoyable and I will definitely be back in the future ! So don’t be messed around with Rolex AD’s waiting list games go straight to Gold Banks and buy your dream watch without the inflated Rolex AD’s pre owned inflated price structure! Thankyou Kevin Lowe.

Good service. Good quality. Very happy. Many thanks Neil

Exceptional service with timely responses, professional guidance, and prompt delivery—Gold Bank truly excels in customer care.
Highly recommended....

Visited Gold Bank in Nottingham and Reanne dealt with us. She was lovely. Very professional and we did not feel under pressure to sell at all. She even recommended we sold two pieces separately as they were worth more than the scrap value. Give a great price for unwanted gold and silver. Would highly recommend

Efficient, friendly and fair. Highly recommended.

Janine at exchange walk Nottingham was very friendly made us feel very welcome

Gold Bank in Green Street are truly the best service I have ever received. They work very efficiently and effectively and honest people. The ensure they meet our needs and gives the best value when selling the jewelery and other options too, e.g. exchanging jewellery too. Many thanks.

Visited the Nottingham branch recently and was very impressed with the service. Reanne was extremely helpful, no pressure to sell our unwanted gold. Price was excellent compared to other places we’d been. Would recommend and use again.

Best company to purchase from.
But and sell at the green street shop. Gentleman very helpful and knowledgeable in good business. It’s only shop we trust. Definitely recommend.

Quick dealt with, no issue, quick response and super nice customer service.

I bought 3 5g gold biscuits. Ordered at night came i 2 days. Very fast service.

Asked over the phone before turning up to southall branch but not mentioned anything when got to the store was told that I cant buy with business debit card. Lots of time waste lots of questions asked for simple transaction. Manager is clueless and doesnt have courage to face the customer and answer some simple questions

I liked doing business with them, price online spot on with their price at the till. Fast operation. Payment made into my account within 10 min.
