I received my canvas today with the wood frame and it’s absolutely beautiful! It came super quick and they provided tracking, I will definitely be ordering from them again. Thank you for the beautiful art. We love it so much!!!

I was really excited to receive my framed poster. It was covered with white shavings of some kind. Tons. I tried to get them off. There’s several on the inside which look bad on a black background. The poster has an obvious crinkle in it. They put the poster in upside down so the part to hang it is on the bottom. Guess that will give me an opportunity to clean all white stuff off the glass. For the price they charge you’d think the framer would care about how they put the poster in.

This custom portrait came at a time when my heart needed it most, as I just had to say goodbye to my furbaby a week ealier. It touched my heart and the quality is perfection!!

My portrait came out really nice ! I love it ❤️ it was very easy to up load photos and thus web site turned it into a beautiful portrait of my dogs and I.

I wanted a picture with my two pups but knew visiting a photographer would be a nightmare and very expensive. Saw this advert and thought I’d give it a try. And I was just wowed by the quality and how they managed to manufacture the picture from the pictures I’d sent them. It was easy to order and I felt they were a very professional company to deal with. I absolutely love my picture! I have passed on to all of my dog/animal loving friends who loved the picture too!

I have started my Christmas shopping and thought this would be a great gift for my sister in law who just became a first time grandmother! We wanted her mom,who is 93, in the picture too but we’re having trouble getting her face and hair to look just right but after 4 revisions from customer support and my niece to get it just right, we are thrilled!

I made an error with my canvas order, and a quick email and the team at gold and crown made the necessary amendments. 7days later and it arrived by post and we were blown away with the quality. The service and product we have received has been outstanding. Thanks to all at Gold and Crown 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

My daughter and son in law recently lost their Great Dane, Bear. I just happened to see an advertisement for gold and crown and submitted images of the three of them. They turned those images into a beautiful piece of artwork that hangs above their fireplace mantelpiece. They framed it and it is just beautiful. It’s a great way to memorialize a pet that has had a big piece of their heart.

This company provides BOGUS discount codes and they refuse to honor the discount. Their customer service appears to be only available by email and it is obvious that AI is responding with vague answers, no solutions, and zero common sense. It is virtually impossible to speak to a live person. I have at least 6 emails that they responded to with the same “we’re very sorry that you are unhappy, but unfortunately we can’t help you - even though it is their mistake!!! This company claims to give you a 10% discount if you provide your email address. The code that was emailed to me was WELCOME10. I applied the code and it was showing under the discount code section, but the total remained the same (no discount). I emailed them because I couldn’t find a customer service phone number anywhere. The email stated that they couldn’t look in to the problem because the item was in my cart and the purchase had to be completed first. They told me I could email them again if the problem continued after making the purchase. Of course I looked at my credit card statement online and the discount had not been applied, so I emailed them after my purchase and received the same “canned” response over and over again. I even asked if I was speaking to a bot or to AI and my question was never acknowledged or responded to. To make matters worse they have a no returns policy, so I cannot return the photo and get my money back. My only recourse is to report this everywhere online, report it to the State Attorney General’s office, and dispute the charge with my credit card company. Fortunately I have lots of documentation from the multiple emails. This ENTIRE company is composed of nothing but AI. They claim to give a 10% discount in exchange for your email, but it’s a SCAM. Please support businesses that are built by humans and support humankind!!!

The product was great and I am very pleased with the quality. However, I emailed and requested the larger size and did not get a reply. It may have been too late to request a different size, but it would have meant more money for the company and it would have been nice to have received a response to my query.
