Since 2003 we’ve brewed raw, unpasteurised kombucha the small batch way using the best organic teas and mineral-rich, purified spring water from our well deep in the Sussex countryside. We never use mass production processing techniques such as pasteurising, filtering or synthetic probiotics for shelf stability as we don't supply retail, so our kombucha has more gut-friendly microbes and beneficial yeasts than any processed “kombucha drinks” sold in supermarkets or on Amazon. We only bottle in glass - never in porous polymer plastic-lined aluminimum cans which studies have shown can leech into live, low pH drinks, building up cumulatively in the gut over time - and we never add synthesised sweetners like erythritol or setviol glucosides that can irritate the gut lining causing bloating, diarrhea and cramp - the very conditions our kombucha can help aleviate! GO Kombucha is a far healthier option than processed sugary drinks, a satisfying alternative to alcohol, and a great mixer for cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks. True to our small batch craft credentials, we keep things small and only supply a discerning customer base direct via our web site. The very best naturally fermented Booch EVER
I am a huge kombucha fan, and I have made my own kambuja for many many years.
Until the year that I accidentally used some substance ( it was in some tea that I use that was not completely natural or what it said on the box) that killed 10 giant jars of kombucha including a huge scoby hotel! I cried.
Everyone loved my booch because it was strong and very carbonated and rich ...tasted like cider and pears and some of it was dry and delicate.
I have never tasted anything like it.
Until this week when I received the dark box collection and especially the Red Pu-erh ... Omg! There was that taste that refreshing drawn natural mother taste.
Absolutely gorgeous The Darjeeling and gold Yunnan too.
The price is fabulous the delivery was perfect and I am so so happy.
It's like drinking my own homemade booch again... With some extra special improvements!

I visit the UK regularly from LA and thank heaven for GO Kombucha that sustains my trips. This is what kombucha tastes like, folks, because GO Kombucha is totally real! GO Kombucha sets the global standard which few others come close to equaling, and I must have sampled over one hundred brands by now during my travels. At a time when many quality brands are selling out and switching from glass to decidedly iffy aluminum cans, GO Kombucha continues to be made with honesty, integrity and authenticity, Thanks guys!

Excellent all round
Excellent service, prompt delivery and good communication as always. I order the Green Sencha - it has the right amount of fizz, tastes delicious and I can soothe myself that I am not missing out on my abstention from the wine/ prosecco... I try to give myself a break before the Xmas parties begin. Its apparently good for me too...so all in all its a win win.
