I don’t know when I will receive my product please can you update me

I ordered since last week and never got a tracking number yet

Disappointed that I found a pair of sandals I liked only to find that I was then expected to subscribe monthly. I tried to cancel the order without any success bu my money has already been sent via PayPal.

Great items at excellent prices. Only one problem, one item ordered through them has never been received, difficult to know who to contact.

I had a very disappointing experience with GoGroopie.

On 18/02/2026, I purchased what appeared to be a Men's Waterproof Winter Hooded Puffer Coat for €17.99. Only after completing the purchase was I informed that I had actually bought a “voucher” and would need to pay an additional €4.99 to receive the item.
This was not clearly explained at the time of purchase, and the offer appeared to be for a product, not a voucher with extra conditions.
When I contacted customer support, they repeatedly focused on sending or redeeming the voucher instead of addressing my request for either the product or a refund. I was also redirected between the UK and Ireland support teams, with no clear way to contact the Irish team directly.
At this point, my issue remains unresolved, and I have not received either the product or a refund.
I would advise others to be very careful when purchasing from this site, as the process is not transparent and customer support has been unhelpful.

I purchased a vacuum cleaner and paid total price due, however when I went to redeem the voucher it said I had to pay £15.99 extra for delivery , had I known this I would not of paid for the cleaner , it’s deceiving how they don’t make it more clear before you purchase that there is a large delivery fee to pay later , when I paid TOTAL AMT DUE I thought I had paid the total amount. I cancelled and now they only offer me a credit that I must spend back on go groupie site , I want the credit back to my card they have not yet replied to that request.

I have bought a number of things from Go Groopie and have always been very happy with everything. Good discounts, simple to order, items arrive within a few days. Have never had any problems. Would thoroughly recommend them.
