My seven year old daughter has a +5 prescription. I was so relieved when I found these goggles because she swims all the time in the summer. These goggles allow her to see perfectly. It is just like she is wearing her regular glasses. My only dissatisfaction was the latch between the goggles, the nose part broke after only a user of use. I ordered 2 pairs so that way I will have a back up

Great service, shipping took a long time, but they apologized and refudned me the shipping cost.

Just love these prescription Googles. It is my third pair in 8 years. I use them for triathlon swim training and racing. Never have issues with water getting in or fogging up. I have one tinted and one not (only got a third pair because I lost oldest at the gym)

5 star for everything- customer service was quick, delivery was timely, and the goggles are the perfect prescription! My daughter is very hard to please when it comes to the feel of things, but she loves these-thank you for helping my daughter see while she is doing the thing she loves most!!

My eye doctor made me get the frames only for goggle inserts but could not get the lenses done. So, I had empty frames (does not help me much). So, I went to customer service with my tale of woe -- they fixed me right up!!! I have only just gotten the order done and paid for and awaiting the inserts, but can't say how much appreciate the helpful and friendly approach to fixing my problem!!!

I was very pleased with the prescription goggle insert I recieved. Fit right into my full face mask and was clearly my exact prescription. Looking forward to snorkeling and being able to capture memories.

The customer service was beyond my expectations. The company emailed me asking questions to ensure that they had the accurate information. No matter what question I had, this company was so helpful and informative. We are from Canada and my son has near sided vision and his vision is bad. The company took the time to help me understand what goggles would be best for him and what we are trying to achieve with peripheral vision.

Meticulous in measurement to get it correct and will let you know if your particular brand of mask will work with insert.

Easy to order, arrived quickly and they work great! Now I can actually see when I snorkel. The suction cup on the lenses worked perfectly in my full face mask that I purchased separately.

I bought Rx inserts for my ski goggles and am overall very satisfied with the product and the service.

I like that GogglesNMore offers four different frame options to better fit various goggles, and the website provides ample measurement details to find the right fit. I also like that you upload both your Rx details and an *image* of the original Rx so the optician can review and verify the prescription.

Of course the advertised base price quickly goes up with add-ons such as upgraded lenses and coatings or special Rx elements. I went mid-range, with Type 4 frames, plastic lenses, AR coating and bifocal + prism, bringing the price to ~US$140 including shipping (with 15% coupon applied), which I think is reasonable.

Once ordered, int'l shipping takes a while (17 days in my case), which is not surprising from Hong Kong to destinations outside Asia. The price is reasonable (US$10), but I would've liked better tracking info--I wasn't able to locate my package (via PayPal tracking) before it showed up in my mailbox.

When I received the inserts I tested the Rx and it worked well for me, seemed accurate. The bifocals took some getting used to, as I normally use trifocals so didn't have my midrange segment. Progressives are available (for a price, of course!), but I don't normally use those. I would like it if a trifocal option were available.

The clarity of the plain plastic lenses seems good (and they're more durable than polycarbonate), and the AR coating seems effective. I treated them with my own anti-fog coating vs. paying for that option.

The fit in my Outdoor Master Vision goggles is acceptable out of the box, but better with some adjustments. The lower clips align perfectly, but the upper clips don't match the contour and backward curve of the goggle frames. I found warming the clips with a heat gun allowed me to reshape them for a better fit, but perhaps boiling water would also work? It would be nice if the website provided suggestions for this.

With modifications the inserts fit very securely and the clips don't intrude on peripheral vision. The inserts do narrow FOV a bit compared to the goggles alone, but I quickly adjusted to this while skiing and didn't notice it after an hour or so.

I skied for 10+ hours over two days and NEVER had any fogging or slippage issues. With the adjustments I made the inserts stayed securely in place even while swapping out magnetic goggle lenses, which distorts the goggle frame a bit. These inserts are much more comfortable than wearing glasses under a helmet and goggles, and less hassle once properly fit, as they stay in the goggles. I didn't refresh the anti-fog treatment in between ski days, so I suspect doing this every 2-3 sessions will be sufficient.

Overall, I'm happy with these inserts and would buy them again (for example, if I decide to try a progressive lens). They are a good value and work well. I can't comment on customer service, as I've had no reason to contact them (though I almost did to inquire about delivery progress)--and that's a good thing. I would give these inserts five stars if GogglesNMore offered trifocals, fit/adjustment tips, and better tracking info.

Bottom line: Recommended

Update, the company CLAIMS I never responded but I have not only video proof that I did but also emails from the company optometrist. I responded in a timely manner and they never got back to me in response. I called several times and was told they would be escalating the matter and would CALL me and they have not done so. I returned the item back to the person who sent them to me and the company is denying my refund claiming I need to get the item inspected by a third party. They claim they don't come from China but I have the original images and purchase printout with the AWB tracking from Hong Kong, China. They are forcing me to pay for items that did not match my prescription and that have been returned. This company needs to be stayed away from. They mess up and their call centers and email response teams don't forward info so they can pretend you made it all up and block refunds.

No one answers emails or phones. They sent the wrong prescription and the items were completely unusable. It was like looking through binoculars backwards and blurry. The company tells me all sales are final and when I call and give them my order number they hang up on me. Even when they mess up completely you have to take the financial hit because they are importing the goggle lenses from Shanghai China
