I engaged the services of Goddard & Dunbar to execute the sale of my late mother's property. A very efficient and professional company. Communication was excellent from Hannah who responded to each and every email the same day answering my questions with clarity and precision, no ambiguity at all which was very refreshing, helpful to say the least. I have recently moved house, which was a process that took us 5 months..Emma Lanza was our conveyancing solicitor. Emma Lanza and her team handled the sale of our property and from the outset they provided an extremely efficient service. All of the communications we received were clearly explained and any phone calls we made were quickly answered and our queries dealt with. Given that we are living 3,000 miles away from the property we were selling and most of the communications were by email we encountered no problems and couldn't believe how easy the process was made by Emma and her team. They gave me honest information, it they could not help me immediately then they explained why and told me what they were going to do to connect me with the person who could help me.
