I needed help securing a Grant of Probate in a short window of time. I was so glad that I was referred to Goddard Dunbar, and in particular Sarah Thomason. I knew from the outset I was in very good professional and experienced hands. Sarah delivered a fantastic customer experience, her communication was very professional, and I am please to say she helped me secure the Grant in a record time. I dealt with Emily, Stephanie and Joy during a recent house sale on behalf of my mum who is in a care home.

This was a bit different; pretty quick, pretty slick, pretty good all in all.

Sharon Plane and Elliot Rogerson carried out the conveyancing, although we had to deal with buyer’s solicitors who were extremely difficult Sharon was always very helpful with excellent communication and even carried out some of the buyer’s solicitors work to get the house sale completed, nothing was ever too much trouble.
