Following the sudden death of my mum I learned that I was named as executor of her estate, a role I knew nothing about.
Someone who was also going through the process recommended Goddard Dunbar as that was who they were using. I'm so eternally grateful that they did.
The whole process has taken over a year and been challenging due to the complexity of my mums estate. Luckily for me the whole process was handled by the amazing Olivia Fenton-Brammer. What a star! I am eternally grateful to Olivia for expertly handling the whole process and keeping me updated at every stage.

First of all - I love Goddard Dunbar! They have a fantastic services that I cannot fault. Tracy Willcocks and her team have helped me complete on several properties now and they have always done so with efficiency, great communication and even though I know they are supporting many others, with the amount of focus they put on each individual client, still made me feel like I was there only client.

More recently, I completed on a 7 Studio Apartment block and Tracy and Team were ontop of this from the get go and very supportive. Even more so, after the budget was announced on 30/10/2024 that SDLT would go from 3% to 5%, as I was going to complete on the 31st and would have incurred a lot more fees. Tracy managed to help stay on top of things and working closely together with great communication, the completion was able to take place a day early, avoiding a lot of additional charges.

I will continuously use Goddard Dunbar as they have only ever produced great results, at very reasonable prices and my experience is always a positive one!
