I ordered this specific piece for my wife for Christmas, they advertised MADE IN USA, it came from ITALY arrived 2 days before Christmas so I didn’t open packaging just rapped, when my wife opened the package I saw it was not the one I ordered, it was not a knitted sweater it was a plaid jacket, my heart sank, contacted two different was through their emails , finally got a response from one saying sorry, they would speak with shipping to prevent this issue, and offered me $6.00 compensation, I paid over $80 with shipping. Don’t get screwed like I did, NOT a Christian way to do business 

Absolutely awful experience — misleading, dishonest, and retaliatory

I ordered from this company expecting to receive the items shown and described on their website. What I received was not even close.

They sent me the wrong items, and when I contacted them, they refused to acknowledge their mistake. Instead of fixing the issue, they tried to shift blame and then offered a partial refund that was less than 50% of what I paid, despite the fact that the error was entirely on their end.

The quality of what they sent is nowhere near as advertised — the materials feel cheap, the fit is uncomfortable, and the items are frankly ugly and poorly made. It feels like knockoff merchandise compared to what they show online.

To make matters worse, after I pushed back, they locked my main account to prevent me from leaving a negative review. That alone should tell future customers everything they need to know about how this company handles criticism.

Customer service showed zero accountability, no genuine attempt to resolve the issue, and resorted to retaliatory behavior instead of owning their mistake.

This company is either incompetent or intentionally misleading. Either way, I strongly recommend avoiding them unless you enjoy wasting your money and being silenced when you complain.

Ordered my husband something on November 4...it's now 12/18 and we still do not have it! Scam website.

I ordered a fall shirt from this company. The photo was not an accurate description of the shirt. When it arrived, it was bright (construction worker) orange and of poor quality. When I made the request to return the item for a refund, I was offered $5 (for a $35 shirt)
