Regarding account deletion. Your profile can only be removed after a request is submitted through support, and after confirmation by email, your profile will be deleted. If the process is delayed, we recommend that you confirm your desire to leave the platform by email, because according to the security policy of the platform and your data, deletion is possible only after your confirmation by email and not via chat. Thank you for your understanding.
You also mentioned “Fake” interactions. We understand how disappointing it feels when conversations don’t meet your expectations. However, every profile has the opportunity to confirm their email to get a blue checkmark in the profile. If something felt unnatural or off, we’d appreciate any examples, it helps us investigate and keep the environment safe.
