the medicine arrived in a cold pac box and everything was protected from shipping. I gave myself the shot and put it in the refridgerator. I thought the directions on the bottle were very very small to read! I had just got new glasses yesterday; I was fine. I think that is a big issue for other customers. I would like to know the price of the next bottle to budget for the cost.

I have only taken one dose, but i have communicated twice and had a response in a very short time. I took a compounded med last year from Noom, their communication was terrible and when they did get back to me they were rude. I am happy so far.
