I am very pleased with the purchase that I made Jual oak tv stand 209, I placed the order and recieved tracking details the same day. I received the product the next day as I was promised. I will be ordering more of the Jual range furniture.

I ordered a TV stand from this company on 28 August 2015 and at the time was advised delivery expected within 7-10 working days. After this time lapsed I then sent an email chasing my order and was advised by the company that the item is now discontinued and I could reselect another item or have a refund. I chose to have a full refund as the item was not discontinued at Currys PC World and another online suppliers.

I was informed on 16 September, that my money would be refunded to my bank account the next day and it could take up to 3 working days to clear depending on bank. By 25 September well past 3 working days still no credit in my account albeit the company claims the transfer was made.

I do believe this would constitute a fraud activity whereby the company are misleading the public in offering items for sale (albeit they claim it's discontinued) and withholding my funds. The TV stand is still being advertised on their website as being out of stock.. I've taken a screen print of this as I will be pursuing my case and sharing this story with the BBC Watch Dog Programme or Rip Off Britain - whichever channel decides to take it on as I'm sure I'm not alone on this experience with this company!

I would strongly advised people to stay clear from this company.

I contacted GoBuyDirect and ordered my TV stand on Friday spoke to a very nice chap who took all my details. It was delivered as they said it would be on Monday. It was built and in situ in 1 hr. Brilliant am delighted and would recommend this company and their staff! Well done

I ordered a TV Stand from GoBuyDirect online and setup my online account. It was incredibly worrying that GoBuyDirect's standard practice is to then send your newly created Username and Password to you via email - what is wrong with these people! I spoke with them about my order and was told that I was lucky as they still had one in the warehouse and that it would be delivered the next week. Next week came & went with still no TV Cabinet, and not even an email or phone call to tell me that my order would not be completed. I then asked for my order to be cancelled and was advised that the stock would definitely be coming in and was I sure that I wanted to cancel - I said that I wanted to cancel it with immediate effect and have my money refunded. I was told that I was first on the refund list and that it would be processed immediately, this was on the 11th May 2015 and it's now 1st June 2015 and still no refund!!! I have emailed on 19th, 28th and 30th May to see where my refund is and no one has had the courtesy to respond. Appalling service all round...

Bought a Drake leather recliner set from Go Buy Direct. Straight forward ordering. Got next day delivery with tracking information. Love the product. Will use Go Buy Direct again and highly recommend them.

I needed advice on buying a TV stand. Phoned customer services and thry were very helpful, took his time listening to what I needed which was suitable for my TV and living room space. Went through different stands until I was happy with one.
Placed an order with go buy direct, received tracking details a day later and item was delivered.

I rang up to get advice on a tv stand for my tv, the person I spoke to was very helpful and helped me choose the right stand for my tv and my room. I placed my order for te tv stand and received it 2 days later. Definitely would recommend Go Buy Direct!

I ordered a office desk and received the tracking details by the end of the day and the desk was delivered by the courier the following day. Very speedy service and a great quality office desk.

I ordered a Tv support four months ago. After 20 days I asked informations and they told me the expedition was scheduled for the early days of July. The end of June was the term for contest the payment. Now they not reply at my emails and i think that I lost my money.

Ordered tv stand which showed as in stock, then got email saying it was out of stock & would be sourced from somewhere else. Once it finally arrived it was damaged at the front. Was told to send pics of the damage which we did. After many phone calls, promises & lies we are no further forward after a month. They never answer there phone & If they do answer the phone they dont have a very nice attitude. Wasting your time calling the number on there website as it just rings out & they use excuse that there in glass building & it causes problems. I would advise anyone not to use this company because if your sent a product thats damaged it will never get resolved. £150 down the drain. Im still sitting with a damaged TV stand after weeks of trying to contact them to arrange a courier to be sent out. When i did get to speak to them after trying loads of times i was told "they will get in contact with me when they feel like it" Very rude & not a good company. Also there reporting all bad comments cause they only want people to see the good ones. Clearly got something to hide! Do not trust Ekomi reviews for this company!!

I ordered a TV stand and was told it had been damaged at the warehouse and it was the last one.They asked if I wanted a replacement or refund I asked for a refund.Many phone calls and promises I never recieved the refund.I had to go through my credit card company to retrive my money.Unfortunetly I had to give it a one star rating before I could submit my review.

We ordered a desk recently after reading all the good reviews about the company.
Unfortunately the desk did not arrive. When I chased the company initially they were very helpful and indicated they would send another once they'd established what had happened.
Turns out our address had been inputted incorrectly at the courier, another desk could not be sourced and they refunded our money.
However, I had a very difficult time dealing with the company during this process - staff members were ill, on training courses, in meetings. Phone calls were not returned. Finally after 4 days I spoke to someone sensible who refunded the money promptly.
Could have been a bad week for them but I won't be ordering again.

First found Go Buy Direct on Ebay as they were selling the item I wanted at a much cheaper price than on John Lewis. Used the contact details on Ebay to get in touch and then made a purchase directly on the Go Buy Direct website. A hassle free transaction and would definitely use again, great customer service too.

was a bit sceptical at first about the site but had a look just to make sure I wasn't
gonna miss out on a bargain . I browsed the site to find what i was looking for
and it was cheaper than ebay and with free delivery , there had to be a catch . I registered as a new customer had read other customers reviews , all looked promising so i took the plunge and ordered my tv stand , payed my money through
paypal which is another reason i decided on this particular site to shop on as it is very easy and safe to pay using paypal , then i just waited for the delivery , thinking that since it was free delivery it will take at least a week . i ordered my item in the middle of a bank holiday but low and behold it arrived 2 working days later , that is a very good service indeed . I wasn't disappointed with my goods either , all delivered safely and just a described on the site . I am thoroughly satisfied with my experience and would definitely recommend this company to others .... a true 5 star service ***** well done all at GO BUY DIRECT

Easy peasy making an order through GO BUY DIRECT - the choice of product, the information on every product, delivery choices, the competitive prices from order to delivery to aftercare. Part of my order did not arrive but was redirected the following day and received that evening. I would definitely recommend this site. It makes shopping a dawdle.

I needed a specific type of mount for my LCD TV and I found it from Go Buy Direct.
A quick phone call proved that it was in stock and Adam who I talked to told me that it would be dispatched the same day if I placed my order as soon as possible.
